This cozy classic 1950's beach cottage has been tastefully renovated, and has a nice deck overlooking the back garden. It has one bathroom, modern kitchen, polished timber floors, fridge, dishwasher, heater and microwave. It also has a washing machine, dryer and two TV's. The back garden has palm trees, a hammock for lazy afternoons, and a lovely deck for relaxing. The back gate takes you down a laneway, and onto the beach in just a few minutes.

My family and friends loved our stay at Sarah's place. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The layout of the house was great and meant that my kids did not disturb the sleep of the rest of the household. It was walking distance to the beach and Sarah was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages.

Had a great stay at Comerong Island with my girlfriend. Be mindful of the fact that it is is an island and you should probably get everything you need prior to catching the ferry to avoid losing ~1.5 hours (the host communicated this, I just didn't do it 😅) Otherwise, it's a great stay, with a nicely decorated guest room (you can hear the sound of the ocean from the window), clean bathroom, with a nice set of snacks and small breakfast items. Saskia provided great instructions on how to navigate the island and also offered us a late checkout (she had no bookings on the next day, but I appreciate it all the same). We spent our time offroading to a nearby beach (Seven Miles Beach), collected seashells, and enjoyed the sound of the waves on a late afternoon. Also, the offroading was pretty decent for a Subaru Forester AWD but a 2WD may struggle getting around the island. Overall, I had a great time and would recommend this place to friends and family.

Gorgeous views out over the ocean . We had a great stay and Chris was very responsive with any questions . The house had three spacious bedrooms with three bathrooms so everyone had their own space. The area is very dog friendly with fabulous beach walks minutes away from the house . Other bonus was fab coffee and food at Fishwicks a ten minute walk away .
