Our stay at Lorraine's place was wonderful! The house if very clean and has everything you need. The pool was very well maintained and a great addition to this place. Lots of interesting animals and birds can be seen at this quiet relaxing location. Lorraine and Real are exceptional hosts! They are very responsive, provided great recommendations for activities and helped to arrange activities. What a gem!

We loved our week stay in Playa Hermosa. The view is amazing and the house was the perfect size for us. We loved the gym, deck and pool. Ian was super helpful with scheduling activities. The best part of our stay was definitely having Rebecca come every morning and make us the best breakfasts ever! She is a superstar and even helped us with our Spanish. We will definitely return and would highly recommend visiting!

The Casa Vera Vista was a beautiful villa on the cliff side over looking the bay with the most beautiful sunsets. The villa was close to the beach and great restaurants plus a good starting point for many excursions. The concierge team was always there when we needed them throughout the entire trip as well as with planning prior to arriving. The house was very clean, decorated very tastefully and had comfortable beds. The daily cleaning service was very helpful with three kiddos in tow. We had two dinners and breakfast with the recommended chefs and they exceeded our expectations, with both delicious food and friendly company. Our driver Raudy was always on time, professional and was very helpful in getting around with our busy itinerary. We definitely did a lot on our trip (zip lining, deep sea fishing, ATVs, snorkeling, rainforest, waterfalls, hot springs etc) and staying at the villa with the concierge service made it that much more special. I loved the container house! We went to rest with my partner and two dogs and it was amazing. I loved the pool and the deck too much. And I was fascinated by many details of the house, such as kitchen tiles, bathroom, sliding doors. Beautiful quiet place to enjoy and/or rest. I wanted to stay longer, so we'll definitely be back!

Staying at Pastora’s place was an absolute dream — hands down the most gorgeous Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The space is a perfect example of indoor-outdoor living, designed with so much intention, beauty, and connection to nature. Waking up to the sounds of the jungle and being surrounded by lush greenery was truly magical. Yes, there are a few bugs here and there, but that’s to be expected when you’re nestled in the heart of the jungle — and honestly, it just added to the experience. Nothing major, just part of being immersed in such a natural paradise. Pastora was an absolute angel. She offered to make us an authentic Costa Rican breakfast — complimentary! — which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. Both she and her husband went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for, safe, and supported. Their warmth and hospitality made this stay feel not only relaxing, but genuinely nourishing. I’m so grateful for my time here. It was beautiful, peaceful, and unforgettable. 💗

Had a great stay! I walked to get coffee every morning at Java! There were restaurants within walking distance and the beach was close too. I would recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect—just a short, scenic walk to the beach, where we felt like we had a little slice of paradise to ourselves. One of the most magical parts? We spotted monkeys in the trees right off our deck—it felt like something out of a nature documentary! The place itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully decorated with charming, beachy touches that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful from the moment we arrived, always available with a smile or a great local tip. And we have to mention the cats! We completely fell in love with them—they added such a sweet, homey vibe to the property. We’re already dreaming about our next trip back. If you’re headed to Costa Rica, this spot is a total gem!

My family of 5 had an amazing time here! Our three boys (16, 13, and 8) loved the house, the pool, and the great vibe here. The house and surroundings are even better than the pictures, which is saying something since the pictures made it look like paradise. Monica was extremely responsive—more so than any host I’ve ever dealt with previously. They have everything you could possibly need for your stay. The area is gorgeous and Playa Grande is a cute town with great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Ample parking, private security, excellent maintenance of the green areas, common areas and the apartment is all very new. Excellent attention from Michelle.

This was our first time to Costa Rica and did not know what to expect. Pedro's Place was clean, peaceful and extremely easy to get to from the Liberia Airport. We normally don't stay at places where the owner is present but, in this case, we liked it because we knew if there were any issues he was available. In the end, we only saw Pedro and his wife twice as they went out for a walk. We felt like the place was our own, that the house and area was very safe and the beach was never busy. There are great restaurants within a short walking distance on the beach and the people are wonderful. If you want a family friendly and peaceful place - this is it!

The place was perfect for our situation. We had a flight that was supposed to go to SJO and instead ended in Liberia, which resulted in us staying overnight. So we decided to have a few days in a beach town and stayed here. It was the perfect way to make lemonade out of lemons.

Nat and Dane's Villa Vivos is absolutely beautiful. The included amenities were exceptional and our comfort was prioritized. The welcome basket is such a thoughtful inclusion amd we excited to cook our breakfast in the rancho. Everything was great, including their cute doggo Kiki, the frogs, and the geckos. As others mentioned, make sure to have a 4x4 for the ride up to the villas. The roads are steep in some areas but you quickly get used to it. We definitely recomment this beautiful listing.

Super clean and Just what I was looking for. A quiet, nice and clean place to stay before my race. Also felt safe and I was travelling solo. Very responsive host. I will definitely return.

We had a great stay. It’s well functional studio with a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and appliances, and located just 100m away from the beach and 5 min walk from the main street that had all the restaurants and bars.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained the space was. Every corner felt fresh, tidy, and inviting—it’s clear that the hosts take great pride in keeping their home spotless. The views from the property were simply stunning. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel like a retreat. The beddings were next-level comfortable—plush pillows, soft linens, and mattresses that made it hard to get up in the morning (in the best way possible). We slept like babies every night. The space itself was much larger than we expected, with a great layout. One of our favorite features was the extra “TV” room. Awesome place and great host

Charlie's place was just like the pictures. It was close to the airport, but very quiet. My family of 4 stayed just one night after landing at the airport before heading to La Fortuna. A bit tight with all our luggage but it was fine for one night. Pool and surrounds were great.

We loved our stay here! Diana’s home is lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed having all necessary items-including beach gear-and enjoyed the pool after our outings. Diana’s recommendations were fantastic and led us to several memorable sunsets and delicious meals. We would love to return. It’s a wonderful home base for exploring the north coast.

Beautiful place located near the attractions of the city while being in a quiet area. The outside is clean and well appointed to enjoy the outside temperature. Getting to the beach is fast and it's a 10-minute walk from downtown. Very nice communication with hosts if there is a problem. I recommend it!

Place very nice had a good time

This was our first visit to Costa Rica. It was also our first destination out of five. We were looking for somewhere to relax and rest before we continued. Our place was perfect! Well stocked, clean, serene and beautiful. Our host, Sebastian, was really helpful. He found our friends, who had been a bit lost (no gps) and told us where to go for SIM cards. We swam in the pool And the ocean as well.

Meagan's unit was a cozy home away from home. It was well stocked. Meagan was proactive and communicative during my whole stay and provided great recommendations. The pool was beautiful and facilities were very clean. The rental location is at the end of town, not well-lit, and lacking sidewalks. I found it easier to walk to town 15 minutes along the beach and start my day at Cafe Corazon each day, and returned back to the beach at 5pm for sunset. For dinner after dark I took an Uber, but golf carts are easily available. Despite the dark, I felt very safe and locals were friendly.

Beautiful condo just a short walk from playa flamingo. We had a great time!
