Most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Views are amazing in the evenings, place feels so spacious and thoughtfully put together. Distance from the historic centre is perfect and the area around had plenty of shops and cafes + quiet in the evenings and very safe. Host was extremely helpful with any recommendations and even sorted a great airport transfer for us. Really could not recommend this place enough. Quality and value for money is way beyond anywhere else we have stayed in Quito. You won’t regret booking here.

We had a wonderful time in this stunning loft. It almost looks better than the pictures, is very comfortable and has all it needs. The location is also ideal - very central but away from the noise. Many thanks to the owners who were incredibly kind and flexible. Lastly, we booked Mila’s brother as a driver for taking us to Mindo and to the airport. He’s a great guy and we highly recommend his services!

El alojamiento superó mis expectativas. Tal cual se ve en las fotos. Todo cómodo y limpio. En la cocina había todo lo necesario (muy bien equipada) para utilizar, azúcar, sal, aromáticas, te, etc. Agua embotellada como detalle. La verdad me sentí segura y cómo en casa, es un lugar muy agradable. La ubicación perfecta con supermercado en frente. La anfitriona muy amable y atenta. Si me toca volver por este sector seguro los vuelvo a elegir.

Sunny place with great views. Comfy , convenient, fantastic hosts. The common areas -jacuzzi, sauna, pool- are just what your bones need after work or travel:)

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! It was impeccably clean and had stunning views. The beds are very comfortable just like the ones you could expect in a high end hotel. Loved the kitchen, it had everything you can possibly need. The location couldn't be better—it's super convenient and made exploring a breeze! We felt very safe, thanks to the amazing professional guards who were not only helpful but also incredibly friendly! We will definitely stay here in the future. Highly recommend this place.

Eddna’s place was great! It looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. It’s such a bright space with so many windows and great mountain views. The park across the street was very nice to walk to also. Eddna was very responsive. She gave many recommendations and made reservations for us to use the gym in the building whenever we asked. I would stay again!

El apartamento es perfecto y estaba impecable, con todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. Tamia estuvo muy pendiente de cualquier cosa que pudiera necesitar.

Definitivamente me encantó el lugar, cumplió mis expectativas, es una zona muy linda con un entorno agradable, y la vista desde el apartamento es espectacular 😍 si duda alguna si regreso me hospedaría ahí mismo. Diego muy amable y pendiente en todo momento.

Awesome stay. Basically the perfect little luxury apartment in the coolest part of Quito. Hazel was super communicative, and accommodating. Very friendly security, staff at the front door as well (shout out to Julio!)

Excelente departamento, zonas comunales con reservar, puedes usar todo si no hay mucha gente todo Excelente, hidromasaje, piscina, canchas

We had a great stay. The location was surprisingly quiet for how close to restaurants and other places it was. The communication was great and they even provided a crib for our baby to sleep in. Also it was fantastic to have laundry in the unit. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Ubicación insuperable , las amenidades del edificio son muy buenas . Es la tercera vez que llegamos al dpto de Paul ! Muy recomendado
