I cannot say enough great things about our stay! Tom went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our wedding weekend. The space was beautifully prepared, and you could tell a lot of care and attention to detail went into every aspect. He was extremely accommodating, especially when changes were needed during the planning process he handled everything with such ease and professionalism. Throughout our stay, Tom was kind, attentive, and made us feel completely taken care of. It made such a difference during such a special time in our lives. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a thoughtful and stress-free experience!

Our family of 5 was absolutely thrilled with our stay! The home was just as seen in the photos - unique and tasteful decor that impressed even our young children. Tara had everything we could have possibly needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and beach gear. Our kids enjoyed the toys, games, and all the unique spaces. Tara was very responsive and friendly, and her guidebook was very helpful. She even included a goodie basket for our children. The amenities on site are perfect for families. We enjoyed the pool, free mini golf, and snack shop with $1 ice cream cones. We have nothing but good things to say about this place! We cannot wait to come again!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We especially loved the heated pool—it made a big difference. Bebe was a responsive and helpful host, quickly addressing any questions we had and even allowing us to install an app on the Fire Stick so we could stream from our devices. She also resolved a minor pool heat issue on the first day with no hassle. We’d definitely stay here again!

Very secluded with a spectacular view. High tide comes up right under the house (all the houses on the block are built this way) so you're literally staying right over the water. Would definitely rent again.

The view from the deck was amazing! To be able to relax, hearing the waves crash while watching the sunset couldn’t get more tranquil. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. Richard was a 10 star host that went above and beyond to make sure we had the vacation we deserved! Thank you.

Me and my friends had an amazing stay!! The place was very well stocked, the rooms were GORGEOUS :) It looks even better in person honestly. Walking to the beach was only 2 mins away. There was a nice little outdoor shower to wash off sand from the beach under the porch which i thought was nice. It was very homey, and the host was nice! The only real downside that i found was the water, it smelled horribly like sulfur😭 It really did not smell good, but i assume it’s wherever they get their water source. But besides that overall everything was great! Very cute decor, gorgeous windows. It was a 20+ minute ride to go get groceries, which we didn’t mind but some might. Thank you for letting us stay!

Adorable beach cottage very close to the bay. Within Walking distance of the entire area. Great beach breezes. Planning to come again.

This historic tavern is a lovely place to stay. We were in the area for a wedding and baked a wedding cake in the kitchen. catherine went above and beyond as a host, supplying us with extra kitchen equipment for baking and toiletries for the wedding. Thank you Catherine!

We had a great stay at Valentina's place. The house is spacious, clean and well stocked, including fishing equipment, kayaks, paddle board, etc. My husband enjoyed fishing off the deck, and the kids loved using the paddle board. The views off the deck and the 2nd floor balcony are amazing - we enjoyed relaxing on the deck in the evenings watching the beautiful sunsets. Avalon and Stone Harbor beaches are just a short drive away, and there are other things to do nearby (Cape May Zoo, etc.)

Great place! Quiet, bring your fishing gear as you are right on the water. Short drive to most anything that you need.

Rob was an awesome host! The house looked just like the photos - super cute, tucked away, really clean, and had a cozy vibe. The location was perfect. We were close to cute towns like Cape May and Stone Harbor, and a short drive from restaurants, breweries, and stores. The sunsets every night were absolutely gorgeous. Overall we had a really nice weekend & we can’t wait to come back!!

Very nice location, right across from a small beach for fishing. Only about an hour to Philly or Cape May. Nice quiet neighborhood to relax and unwind. House was very clean, plenty of room for our family of 5, and beds provided a great night sleep. You can't go wrong with this house, sit on deck with coffee while you listen to the waves.

My family loved the space, comfortability and found everything they needed. We were able to fit everyone in the space and the children had fun running around. The supply’s for cooking gave us just about all we needed for meal prep. The view was breath taking. We were able to create beautiful memories together here. As far as what was not the greatest. The place was clean, however a little more attention to cleaning hard to reach spots would be appreciated. Also, the door on the first floor gets a little stuck. However, we were able to talk it through with the host and there was a perfectly good explanation due to the location being on the water. Overall, we were happy with our stay and definitely look forward to coming back on another occasion. Our host was great with communication and we appreciated their attentiveness.

The place was nice, unfortunately it was cloudy every night so we couldn’t enjoy the sunset views. Place was cozy

The house is off the beaten path and is perfect for a family that wants to just to unwind but still wants to be able to go to the beach. The lighthouse that is a mile down the road was my son’s favorite surprise we found they were wonderful and with in walking distance (1 mile). We had a bald eagle visit us every morning. At low tide you can go swimming or fishing in the bay which our bulldog and son loved. The house itself was perfect for our needs, we brought food and cooked almost every night with the grill. We did have a problem with the internet but Alex was super responsive right away. He made sure when we checked in everything went alright and if we had any problems to let him know. Avalon beach is a 30-35 minute drive if you want to have a beach experience. There is something for nature lovers and beach lovers all around.
