Robin and Kit operate a warm and inviting inn. Our room with its charming four poster bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional. We highly recommend this historic I home.

Robin and Kit were wonderful hosts. They greeted us at the car upon arrival, welcomed us into the house, and made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond by providing local and delicious restaurant recommendations, assisting with lighting the fireplace in the room, and ensuring we had everything we needed. The room was everything we hoped for (though do note that the piano seems to be a decorative piece), and the property was beautiful and walkable. In the morning, they cooked and served us the most delicious breakfast which included coffee and fresh juice, melt in your mouth bacon, perfectly browned waffles, and the most delicate and flavorful vegetable quiche. Highly, highly(!) recommend this lovely BnB to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful getaway with really thoughtful hospitality.

My wife and I felt very welcome here and appreciated the many thoughtful details that the host has thought of and provided. The food was delicious and the hosts are gracious, kind and thoughtful. A gem.

I can’t say enough about this wonderful place. When I got there I told them I picked it because of the picture of the “scones” on the website. Although they had not planned on having scones for the next mornings breakfast….they made them! Now that’s hospitality at its finest. Love this gem and will be back soon.

We only stayed the night for a concert, but wish we could have stayed longer simply because of how much we loved the Bryce suite. Beautiful windows let in tons of natural light with a view of the river. The room felt sophisticated and cozy, much like the rest of the inn. We were also made a delicious breakfast of fresh cooked (real) eggs, bacon, a selection of fresh toast/muffins, and something that really surprised me, baked oatmeal. I have to say I was not expecting to enjoy it, as I’m not an oatmeal person but I was made a believer! I actually found myself wishing there were more for seconds. 10/10 stay. We will be booking again if we revisit Harrisburg.

Lovely B&B in a historic mansion. Comfortable room, good shower pressure and hot water, and a lovely breakfast served in the dining room at a table with the other guests. We appreciated the fluffy robes and the complimentary amaretto cookies.

Excellent host, I felt at home the moment I pulled in the driveway, Russell greeted me as I exited my vehicle and was as excited that I had arrived as I was to be there. The grounds are spectacular, the home is exquisite. The fresh prepared breakfasts are amazing. Accommodations were perfect, clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the morning conversations with the other guests and poolside chats as everyone was relaxing. Russell is a magnificent host and could not do enough to make my stay more pleasant and comfortable. Russell’s expertise really shows in his beautiful yard and manicured lawns . A remarkable stay.

Russell’s place was an absolute oasis in a gorgeous area of PA! Everything about the house is immaculate and Russell was a gracious and wonderful host. He even offered to let us stay a little after checkout and relax by the pool because he could tell we were enjoying ourselves so much! The pool was INCREDIBLE and the patio was a delight in the evening. It was so peaceful and quiet, just a beautiful place to take a breath and relax in the midst of a busy summer. The breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful dining room. If you are looking for a fantastic place to unwind, take a break and get some time away, this is your place. It’s also so close to Carlisle and Pine Grove Furnace so there is plenty of places to eat and do nearby. We will 100% be back and can’t recommend Russell and his beautiful home enough.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at an absolutely stunning Airbnb, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm and elegance of this beautiful home. The property itself is a perfect blend of modern amenities and classic charm, nestled in a serene location that offers both privacy and breathtaking views. The interior is tastefully decorated, with attention to every detail creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. You truly feel you are in a beautiful Italian villa perched on a hill in Tuscany. There are so many gorgeous vignettes around the property to relax and enjoy a glass of your fave bevvy. What truly sets this Airbnb apart, besides the amazing hosts, is the outdoor space. The garden is beautifully landscaped and the pool - sublime. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded all our expectations. It is a perfect getaway for anyone looking to experience comfort, luxury, and tranquility. We would highly recommend it.

Don’t wait, book it! Where do I even start? The home is stunning, I would say even nicer in person! The entire home inside and out is wonderfully maintained and spotless. Our room was amazing, and the bathroom was to die for. You can see the attention to detail and thought that went into the restoration of this home. And the icing on the cake was our (host) Russell, and the (pups) Milan and Paris. They welcomed us with open arms and paws into their home. They made sure we had whatever we wanted to make our stay a comfortable one. Russell also made an amazing breakfast in the morning and made sure we were full before he sent us on our way. Our only regret was not staying with them longer. We will certainly be back anytime we are in the area and need a safe, comfortable, and beautiful home to rest our heads.
