Guests have exclusive use of the entire farmhouse, equipped with a terrace with a breathtaking view, a shaded veranda and a large garden. An open-plan ecological cottage located on a quiet country lane which was the first Roman road in the area. With its own entrance, two patios and extensive private grounds, this is an oasis of serenity. The contemporary design of the glass wall facing the mountains offers some of the best views in the area. It's private but not isolated, with the owners' home located nearby: we guarantee our guests total privacy, but are happy to provide assistance or recommendations if you so desire.

The windows open to a wide hillside view, which will give you suggestive sunsets. The strategic location will allow you to comfortably reach the beaches of the Adriatic coast, the historic Piazza del Popolo di Fermo, many of the "most beautiful villages in Italy" and the Sibillini Mountains National Park.

Villa Greta is a charming private villa with pool in Le Marche region, at a short distance to the Adriatic coast. The property is totally fenced-in and surrounded by a wide garden including a swimming pool with Roman stairs. Guests can benefit of a porch with table, chairs and sofas to eat and relax outside. An equipped gazebo and a veranda with Jacuzzi are present in the pool area. The villa is on three levels.
