If you fancy the beach, both Galway and Strandhill Co Sligo are only an hour away. Westport is also a great attraction where you can climb the famous Croagh Patrick. On arrival to the Green Room you will have a complimentary basket of goodies to welcome you. We can also offer Travel Cot, high chair, bottle warmer and Sterliser on request.

Hi I'm Kieran and I welcome you to our beautiful farm in rural Galway, where you can relax and unwind in peaceful surroundings and get to know some of our animals. Get to meet our world renowned cutest and friendliest sheep in the world the Valais Blacknose, our KuneKune pigs, donkeys, horses, cats and dogs, while staying in your own self contained farm annexe. Both rooms beautifully decorated and complete with ensuite shower rooms and full kitchen. I hope you enjoy your stay.

The Castle rests on about half an acre of land with Ballindooley Lake lying to the south west. It is surrounded by low walls and hedges: with a gated entrance controlled by an electronic security system. Features include 3 murders holes and a dungeon The castle was built by the DeBurgo family (approximately 1480). It had the distinction of being shelled by the British Gunboat ” Helga” during the1916 Rising to disband rebels
