If you book in November, there is a possibility that if it gets cold, you will not have a hot outdoor shower and will use water from a 5 gallon ceramic container for drinking and cooking.

It offers a convenient base to sightseeing in midcoast Maine. Lovely updated cottage in the small town of Cushing Maine directly on the St George River. This year round home is fully outfitted to accommodate up to 4 guests. It is only a few steps to the river, watch the boats, beautiful sunrises and eagles soaring. On a nice road for walking and biking, close to downtown Thomaston and Rockland. Unfortunately property is not suitable for children or pets.
