Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Cutler Bay

Stayed in April and the weather was perfect and the pool was clean. All pictures accurate to the apartment description and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. Clean towels and linens available. Temperature inside was perfect. No complaints about our stay!!

Leda was so sweet and even accommodated an early check in for us ! The house was spotless and comfy and we felt super safe with a gate! Can’t wait to stay again !

Adam was a fantastic host; he is very professional and super accommodating. He provided us a complimentary early check in and late check out after our flights got changed due to airport construction which we were so appreciative of. He goes above and beyond for his guests. He was very responsive to anything we needed and brought us donuts on the morning of us check out which was such a nice surprise. The place was very clean and great for a girls bachelorette weekend. The decor matched the vibe of the weekend and Miami. The place was walkable to the downtown Design district. We also appreciated that there was clear information provided about the property and we did not have to clean the place on check out. We would highly recommend Adam as a host, this property, and we would stay here again.

Randy’s place was just as described! Randy was helpful from the start of the trip and accommodated all of our needs for a single nights stay prior to cruising. Randy was also prompt in communicating a minor situation upon departure.

My family’s stay at Martha’s Village was outstanding and everyone enjoyed the property to the max. It is truly a wonderful place full of all you need to have a fun stay- everyone’s favorite was the huge outdoor space with pool table and the mini golf. Additionally, the inside of the house was beautifully decorated and extremely clean, fully equipped kitchen and great living space for a large group. We will definitely return and recommend to friends and family 🥰 The hosts are also wonderful, responsive and very helpful- great experience all around.

Paradise in the Redlands, absolutely stunning views, tranquil natural spring with a stunning cascade, and sunsets are priceless. House advertised is the guest house adjacent to the main house where the owners live and stay on the property during your entire rented stay. Owens are very nice and respectful making sure you stay feels as private as possible with them there on the property. Pool does sit right between both homes (rental guest house and main) with open glass doors facing the pool which made bathing in the pool a little uncomfortable for my daughter and I, besides the pool location and not really being a private stay with other on the property everything else was absolutely breathtaking. I have no complaints but do feel I should mention what is not mentioned and seems important to disclose that the owners are home during your stay. Also not mentioned the renters DO NOT have access to the entire property just pool area and left side of the yard.

Loved it everything was clean , they let us check in earlier it was amazing experience. Very nice view , building amenities were 10/10, pool , gym , sauna , private office and meeting rooms , private parking, close to lots of good restaurants. 10/10 experience

Niki left us with such a beautiful home. We ran into her and she was the sweetest soul ever, making sure we had everything we needed and even made sure we could text her if we needed more essentials from the home. If you’re looking to stay somewhere peaceful and a place to feel at home Niki’s is definitely the place to stay!

What a great beachside bungalow! Very nicely decorated with all the amenities, great energy , so peaceful you can here the waves while relaxing by the fire pit , and one of the best things is the host that makes you feel right at home , always on standby , and 5 star on hospitality! One of my favorite new places to stay when in visiting now !

Great staying at Fellipe’s place, the apartment is very spacious and with a lot of natural light. The bedrooms are also very big and highly comfortable. Location is fantastic, with lots to do nearby and not far from other touristic areas. The communication with Fellipe was smooth, with prompt replies to our doubts. We would definitely come back.

Gina was a great host. Her property was cute and cozy and the perfect getaway for my partner and I. Her and her team were not only responsive but super friendly. The private outdoor area was a great addition to the property. We hung out outside and enjoyed the great Miami weather. Though we did not use it, there was also a barbecue available. Would definitely recommend booking!

I highly recommend Marco’s place. Clean, peaceful, and reasonably close to a variety of places. I will be making future reservations to stay at Marco’s place next time I’m in Miami.

Great place close to mostly everything in Miami. 15 minutes walk to Miami Design District and 13 to 16 Dollars uber to mostly everything touristic in Miami like Wynwood, Little Havana, Brickell and Miami beach. Mary and Agustin are great and friendly

This is such a beautiful cabin and as soon as I got there I was greeted by the host (a cutie kitty cat) and by the second night, it liked to stay inside with us yaaaayyy. Would definitely return when I visit the Everglades again.

We had a great stay at Yessika's place. If you have kids/ a family group this is the place for you! There is goats, chickens, peacocks, and all sorts of other animals right on the property. The place is magical. We had some kids in our group and they were in heaven.. such cool stuff all over the house and property as well. That all being said the chickens do start up early as to the peacocks, so be ready for that. Other than the early wake ups, the place is so so awesome.

We arrived at the location and we had a little confusion so, we called Brigida and she answered right away. The place is clean and had the things you need to cook a meal and all the toiletries needed for the bathroom etc. The outside areas were abundant, clean and pleasant for relaxation. Also very private. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was clean and hot. We spent a good amount of time iguana watching in the tree tops. Don’t worry they’re completely harmless to people. The spot is close to everything you may want to do in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. No more than a 30/45 minute drive. There were stores and places to eat close by, for convenience. Overall, Brigida was a great host and very helpful and easy to deal with. Hopefully, we can head back to the area soon and have her as a host, again.
