Charming little village house located in the historic center of Vias, 2 km from the sea and 1.5 km from the Canal du Midi, comprising on the ground floor, living room + open kitchen. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with bathroom and toilet. SMALL DETAIL: As indicated above, it is a village house which is what makes it charming and therefore, no parking space right in front! On the other hand, there are many opportunities to park nearby as there are free parking lots.

It is sunny, quiet and has an unobstructed view of the fields and vineyards. Ideal for a group of friends or family with kids! Long walks possible around the house in the Capestang pond. Comfortable 150m² air-conditioned house with pool. The pool is open from mid May to mid October depending on the weather, it is not heated. Close to shops: Supermarkets, bakery, bank, hairdresser, gas station, restaurants. The house is 4kms from Narbonne, (10 minutes from the Grands Buffets by car), 6kms from Narbonne train station and 15kms from the sea. You will have a pleasant stay in a quiet and comfortable environment.

The house is 40 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor: 1 single room with equipped kitchen area, living room, fireplace, with a sofa bed for 2 people, and dining room. Upstairs we have a 140 bed, a bathroom + toilet. Very pretty wine village where you can take lovely walks and enjoy gourmet meals. Sea 45 minutes away and rivers / ponds nearby.
