Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

The spacious living area offers plenty of space and freedom. Many extras such as a sauna, hot tub and a fireplace invite you to relax. An additional highlight is the garden shielded from view. From the terrace or the sun deck you have a direct view of the water.

The harmonious living concept, the loving maritime details and the high-quality and extensive furnishings of this houseboat create plenty of space for comfort on a whopping 135 square meters. You heard right! The Lieselotte houseboat offers space for up to 6 people and 3 Kids with three very individual bedrooms.

The vacation home is ideal for a break by the sea for two or with your family. It can be found in the resort town of Midlum in the Wurster North Sea coast and is located exactly between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven about 6 km away from the coast. A restaurant with German kitchen and a mom-and-pop shop with daily fresh rolls are in the immediate vicinity. Other larger shopping facilities are located in the direct neighboring towns about 4-6 km away.

Two bedrooms with double beds offer ideal relaxation for couples and families in summer and in the colder season. Experience a North Sea vacation – arrive, enjoy, feel good.

For your vacation, a bright, friendly, fully furnished apartment for 1 - 4 people (40 m²) is available. It is located on the 2nd floor of the apartment building Lord Nelson, overlooking the North Sea, Baltic Sea. (morning sun) with balcony and underground parking. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment. Final cleaning (€45) and tourist tax are billed on site.
