Easy communication with the landlady & the apartment was super equipped! Beautiful apartment with great view from the balcony. Everything you need is available on site. Thanks to the extensive information from the host before the trip, you could already prepare for it when packing your bags. Great value for money, in addition to the extensive things in the apartment, you can also use the sauna and swimming pool for free. The building complex is already a bit outdated.

The perfect stay if you want to enjoy a break in the great outdoors. Pia is a very nice landlady and is always available for questions.

Very nice and clean apartment. We felt right at home. Everything was as described and nothing was missing. Communication was very positive and friendly and everything was responded to quickly. The apartment house is nicely designed and there are good additional services. We were very satisfied and can only recommend it!

We were in the apartment for a few days and everything was perfect and as we wanted for our short vacation. Beautiful cozy place with nature nearby and it is also very quiet in the apartment. A very nice garden, where you can eat well and we also liked the sauna. We had everything we needed to switch off :)

Super nice clean apartment, with a nice terrace to sit outside. Parking in the yard. A lot of space for the whole family. In the evening or in bad weather, you have a nice sauna to use. Wonderful large apartment, ideally suited to one family of six. Kitchen is new and perfectly equipped, with access to small utility room. Highlight is the sauna, which is located directly between conservatory and garden, and there are even 2 wood-burning stoves. The location is absolutely quiet in a residential area that is less than 10 minutes from the dike and the lagoon. Perfect wellness vacation especially possible in bad weather! Glad to come back!

The accommodation was super special in itself the view from the balcony. But we found the following inadequate: - We were in front of locked doors and had to call the Airbnb host (who has 90 apartments) afterwards because despite the message the day before, we did not get any information about how the check-in will work. He then nicely came by car and told us that we should have picked up the key at the office (2 km further away). Unfortunately, this info is nowhere to be found. -We were two for 1 week and there was only 1 mini toilet paper and 1 nail polish bottle of dish soap dish soap - You need to bring your own bedding or pay for it. We got it for free because we had to wait for the key - the place is very (!!!) much smaller than in the pictures -Wifi & general cell reception are almost not available -Washing machine is for fee Very big advantage: -comfortable Berr - Incredibly beautiful view -very quiet area -super great sauna (about 6€)

We had been to Duhnen before; this flat was great in terms of location, the view was fantastic and the location great for us - not too far from the centre but far enough to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the place.

Beautiful apartment with panoramic view over the sea and coast. Beautifully renovated and stylishly furnished. Good facilities in the kitchen and cot and baby monitor. Comfortable beds and finally no white towels :) Good quiet location with elevator up to the 24th floor. Directly dry with entrance via the Columbuscenter/ Outlet / Klimahaus.

We had a great getaway in the apartment. The short path to the sea was wonderful and we were able to relax superbly. Glad to come back!

The apartment is about 10 minutes (walking distance) from the center of Duhnen. It's about 500m to the beach. We felt very comfortable in this apartment and would book it again the next time we visit Duhnen. Apartment and hallway were very clean.

Very nice place with everything you need. Sauna and billiard room were great, everything was clean. We felt really comfortable, highly recommended!

Our stay at this place was really enjoyable. There were six of us, three couples, and everyone was very satisfied with the accommodation, the facilities, the rooms and the surroundings. The furnishing style did not please everyone immediately, but it was basically varied. The kitchen, the bedrooms and the two bathrooms were particularly noteworthy. The environment is unique and has inspired us all. In summary, a visit to Kollmar is definitely worthwhile. If you are a large family with up to four children, this house is ideal. It was great! The whole house and the two bathrooms were very clean. The whirlpool was the highlight. We felt very comfortable. I just wish we had fly screens,😅 otherwise everything is great

The stay in the low season was very nice, close to the Elbe. At the house there was a canoe with which you can drive on the lake and the streams around the complex.

Beautiful little cottage in a pretty vacation home settlement. You had everything you needed in the house! It was very clean and charmingly furnished. The kitchen was very well equipped! The fireplace was our little highlight for the cold winter days :) From the house you can easily reach the "Perlebucht," from which you can take beautiful mudflat hikes and also find small restaurants/cafes. In about 30 minutes you can walk to the town of Büsum. There were also many delicious restaurants there :) It was a lovely vacation! We would come back anytime!

A very well-equipped house, where nothing is missing, if you have no objection to the old-fashioned style. But what is already clearly visible in the photos. We especially liked the garden and the children's toys.

Silke is a very warm and dedicated host. We felt totally comfortable from the first minute. The fireplace was already crackling and various treats were ready for us. The apartment is very comfortably furnished, the beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean. Communication with Silke worked perfectly. A special surprise was a birthday cake (it was my birthday that weekend). Absolute recommendation and happy to come back any time!

Beautiful house with everything you need. We felt very comfortable. Holiday village still under construction, therefore sometimes construction noise and a very bumpy road. The construction noise was not disruptive. We particularly like the large bathroom with the infrared sauna. The fenced garden for the dog was just perfect. The house is very tastefully decorated. We will be happy to come back.
