Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Cypress Lake

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay and have a relaxing weekend and we came accross susanas house and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed, comfortable beds and fresh linens.and a really nice pool The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the outdoor space—it was great for relaxing in the evenings. Our host was very friendly and responsive. Check-in was smooth, and they provided clear instructions and great local tips. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

We travel a bit and this was the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. They have the house stocked with everything that’s needed (and more!), the house is extremely clean, the neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. We LOVED the layout of the house with the pool in the center with multiple points of entry to the house. Each door has an optional alarm making it safe for families with little kids. It was wonderful having the tv outside as well as a hot tub and grill. The host was extremely responsive. I would HIGHLY recommend this property.

If you are looking for a peaceful place with a perfect outdoor setting, this is THE place. Our group was looking for a place where we could spend a majority of our time outdoors as they had several seating areas, a pool and a hot tub and it exceeding our expectations. We LOVED the direction that the backyard/patio area faced as we wanted sun on the pool all day long and that is what we got! The bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house with private access to the patio which was a perfect setup as we had 2 couples in our group. The house was VERY clean and comfortable. We didn't have time to use all of the amenities they included, but they definitely paid attention to details for those that might. This in one of the best places our group has ever stayed, and if we come back to this area, we would absolutely rent this home again! Oh yes.. and the beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable, even better than mine at home. :)

I was very surprised with how beautiful the house and property were. The host was very quick to respond when we arrived at the house and had a few questions. She answered immediately and we were good to go from there on out. The home was loved by my whole family and we all agreed when we come back to the area we will hopefully be able to stay at this home again.

This was by far one of our favorite Airbnb’s. It was perfect for us (and our two dogs). And just as beautiful as the pictures! The Airbnb is very clean and organized. Everything we needed was provided. There were clear instructions written out, but if we had any questions, Loree responded quickly. We mostly hung out at the Airbnb, but walked into town, which was less than a 10 minute walk. We met Loree, who is one of the nicest people we have met. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay throughout our entire stay. Looking forward to going back and renting her Airbnb too!

Cute little place. Very quiet neighborhood but only a 5 minute drive to grocery stores and other amenities. My girls enjoyed the pool and the dock for fishing although they didn't get any bites. It was perfect for our small party of 3 for a quick trip to SW FL. Would definitely consider John's place again.

Beautiful place with lots of amenities. Pool and spa were great, kitchen was well stocked and overall the whole place was fantastic. Several large fish out by the dock but didn’t have time to do any fishing.

Vikki’s home is perfectly laid out and supplied, in a beautiful location, and so serene and peaceful. We spent 4 days lounging around the pool, playing games, listening to music, sipping wine, watching sunsets & sunrises, and swimming in the pool. It was incredibly relaxing, and the best part is that the house has everything you could ever want for a relaxing vacation. The amenities provided are exceptional. They have bicycles for exploring, kayaks to use on the canal, a cooler, beach chairs & beach towels for a perfect day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to cook delicious meals. Vikki has thought of everything to ensure a comfortable & enjoyable stay. If you are ever looking for a peaceful vacation where all you have to bring are your clothes and personal items, this is the place for you. Vikki is also highly communicative; she responds within minutes of sending a message & is incredibly kind & helpful. We will definitely be back as often as we can

We visited for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. The house was just what we expected in the communication was extremely quick! Great location and very spacious for a group vacation! The hosts also went above and beyond when planning for our trip, they ended up ordering a crockpot and volleyball to be there upon our delivery! Highly recommend!

There aren’t enough characters to detail all the positives about this place. It was so clean, peaceful, well laid out, comfortable, furnished well to cook there and enjoy the stay. Very nice table and chairs to eat out by the pool. The house guide book was very helpful. Very much appreciated the bathroom off the pool. Everything was in working order. Extremely well stocked. The host is the best we have worked with. If there was a rating higher than 5, I would give it. We have already booked for next year.

The house we reserved was better than expected and everything was immaculate. Neil, the property manager responded right away when we called about a broken vaccum cleaner. Excellent response time and very professional. Unfortunately a thunderstorm damaged the AC and it couldn't be fixed right away, but Sean moved us right away to an even larger house. He even reimbursed us a day for our having to move and the night without AC. We definitely would rent from Sean again.

We had a great stay with our family. Our grandchildren had a great time with all the toys for the pool and beach. We were 3 couples with 2 little kids and had plenty of space. It was a short drive to restaurants. We did day trips to Sanibel and Naples and even had time to visit the outlets. All were less than an hour away. Our hosts responded to questions in a timely manner. They made sure to have plenty of items available to use for our beach days. The wagon and tent were a plus since it was pretty hot.

Wir durften zwei Wochen in der Villa Egretta verbringen und sind absolut begeistert. Wir verbringen schon seit vielen Jahren unsere Familienurlaube in Florida und haben schon etliche schöne Ferienvillen in Cape Coral, Naples, Bradenton erleben können. Pete‘s Villa hat uns so überzeugt, dass wir sie in unserem Ranking auf Platz 1 setzen. 😊 Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, dass Pete ein toller Gastgeber ist, bei dem man sich einfach nur super aufgehoben fühlt. Ansonsten guckt euch doch die Bilder vom Haus an…es ist genau so und noch viel schöner, wenn man dann vor Ort ist.

Sehr schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit einem großartigen Pool und Außenbereich. Die Gastgeberin Tina ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation und Abwicklung war reibungslos. Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit!

We love this home so much we returned for a second year in a row. It's just perfect for our family. Some highlights: • The lanai with pool, spa, and water view of the canal is a lovely space. We ate all our meals out there and spent most of our time there. The spacious dock with tiki hut and more seating is great for hanging out, too, and offers easy access for kayaking the canal. • The home's layout features 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, giving everyone lots of space and privacy. The 4th bedroom features bunkbeds, a sweet little space for kids. Everything is in pristine condition. Also all one level, great if anyone has mobility issues. • Hosts Marco and Sandra were responsive, friendly, and nice to work with. • The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Publix & good restaurants are within a 10-minute drive. • You can get to Ft. Myer's beach in about 30 min, Pine Island in about 20 minutes, and Sanibel in about 45 minutes. We'd gladly come back!

The place was amazing, clean, and great location! The house had so much to offer for my family and we didn’t want to leave. We had one small issue and it was immediately addressed by Neil. If you are looking to go to this area, this is the only place to stay!
