A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, barbecue, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

The cottage is located in the forest on Lake Łąkie in a quiet area - Poziomkowa, Wólka in the commune of Skępe. The distance to the lake is 400m and to the nearest bathing area with a bar 900m. A 54-square-meter cottage on a 640-square-meter fully fenced plot. The house is a two-storey house with a kitchenette equipped with the most necessary things. There are 8 beds for 5 people. The price of the cottage includes bed linen, towels and toiletries. The cottage is ozonated. Relax and unwind in this peaceful place.

Overlooking a forest, lake Mielno, pastures with Polish Trakehner horses, a French-style garden, the 600 sq-meter living quarters is located in tranquil Mazury, two hours from Warsaw by car and thirty minutes from Olsztyn. Beyond a luxurious and tranquil environment, the property provides plenty of outdoor activities, including: fishing, swimming, hiking, biking and kayaking.

Peace, quiet, a climatic wooden house, sauna, hot tub, billiards, gazebo with a place for barbecue and bonfire, a tree house and a pier on Lake Józefowo are at the disposal of our Guests. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace (with two sofa beds) and a fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned

This unique place has its own style. This charming, year-round cottage was created for those who appreciate the proximity of nature, forest and lakes, but do not want to give up comfort. The apartment for two or two with a "baby" is located on a 12-hectare estate in the Górznieńsko-Lidzbarski Landscape Park, among hills, lakes and forests. Quiet, beautiful, organic! The apartment is part of the Barn (ground floor); next to it there is a Country House, also available to guests. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a travel baby cot. To the guarded beach, on Lake Górznieńskie, you walk through the extremely charming village of Fiałki, about 20 minutes

House under the cranes - the gates of Masuria

We invite you to a unique place - a more than 100-year-old barn, which we have transformed into a paradise for the last 3 years. The house is located in the heart of the Landscape Park, in the area of reserves, Natura 2000 areas and lakes. There are no neighbors around, we are the only hosts :) there is peace and quiet. You can watch wild animals from the terrace. The vast majority of things in the house are made by us - both doors and furniture or kitchen cabinets.

A minimalist, cozy house on a "crow's foot" with a spectacular balcony in the trees. Only 70 m from Lake Janówko, with 45 m² of living space and 45 m² terrace + balcony. We can accommodate up to 6 people with a kitchen with a large bathroom and a Finnish sauna. A sunny porch under the house with hammocks invites you to relax. SUP and double kayak are free. The kitchen is well equipped. Security deposit of 500 zl. payable before arrival.
