We hosted a couple and two children for a weekend. The location is very good. Right in front of the beach, there is a market, and restaurants nearby. The parking is a differential, because the region is bad for parking. You can do everything on foot. The host is very responsive, and responds quickly. The house is comfortable and has air conditioning and all necessary kitchen utensils. Great cost-effective option. We love it.

My stay in Boraceia was very good! The building is very well located, in front of the beach. The apartment is great and extremely clean! The spaces are organized and well divided, with everything you need. The beach is very quiet, clean, family-friendly and the best part, it is pet friendly! The host Samara was very attentive and understanding regarding an unforeseen event I had with the dates of my reservation. I was immensely grateful for your empathy. I will recommend the property to friends and family, and I intend to return other times!

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. In addition to being all clean and tidy, the space is cozy, a huge room, with a beautiful, breathtaking view. We did not suffer from rubberies or noises from neighbors. We took our dogs and it was very quiet to leave them there while we were going for a walk. Katya was flexible with the check-out time, which allowed us to make our last day very short. I highly recommend it.

Great space, with everything we needed to spend a few days, as well as being extremely close to the beach (for walking). Marcos was great, always responded to us quickly and was available for what we needed. The only point is that the kitchen is partially open, and for those who want more privacy, you can lose a bit in this environment.

The house has a beautiful view of the island's canal, a beautiful spacious and comfortable balcony. The space is perfect for 4 people, with a kitchen and integrated living room, which allows everyone to integrate. It must be a new place, or well maintained. Access is easy and with a good location, close to markets and restaurants. I recommend it.

Our stay was great, the house is extremely well located and functional, very clean and no mess or smell of mold or anything, which ended up exceeding our expectations. The rooms and bathrooms are good, the kitchen has a multitude of good quality utensils and appliances, and the ground floor offers rooms, a bathroom, an outdoor area, a barbecue, and a breathtaking and priceless view of the sea and the beach. We were able to have coffee and meals while admiring the sea, and even when using the kitchen, the stunning view stole our attention. This is a property that makes every penny worth it. The house is on the avenue that gives access to the beach, so there are all kinds of shops around. The caretaker couple helped us upon arrival and conveyed security, promptly answering any questions, and also left us totally at ease, without unsolicited interactions. The house has an alarm, which we also think is good. Anyway, 10 out of 10! We will certainly return.

Amazing stay! It exceeded expectations. The house is large, the kitchen is fully equipped and the view from the balcony of the master bedroom and the pool is wonderful! Real Estate like the pictures. Comfortable for two people, plus that I think would be a little tight. Air conditioning on the second floor only, but there was a fan on the ground floor. Close to everything, such as bakery, markets and restaurants. Close to the beach too. Good utensils in the kitchen Only point is that the house had a lot of small ant, I recommend not to leave any remaining food in the sink. Nothing that gets in the way

Apartment exactly as the photos. Carla was kind and responded quickly. Apt clean and accommodated well 3 people. Check in super quiet The site is near entrance 1 to the juquehy beach (walking a few minutes - informed in the publication) and close to local commerce. Carla gave tips on restaurants, beaches and others Juquehy has a clean and very quiet beach (end of March/ early April) I recommend it.

Very nice place, lots of nature around and very quiet, outside the center movement. The apartment is great, well equipped. And Ederson is very friendly and has been helpful to help with everything we need. I highly recommend!!

We were super welcome, Taciano very kind and attentive. The bungalow is very cozy, beautiful, all very clean, exactly as in the pictures. It has a super different view, we love it and we would definitely come back. The condominium's pools are excellent for both children and adults. The only point of attention is that this location is further away from the center.
