Great place and location

The apartment is highly recommended, it is the same as the photos, everything is organized, well cared for, the environment is safe and very quiet. I felt at home even though my stay was prolonged. Angelica is a 10/10 host, very kind, she was attentive throughout my stay as was her husband, I was truly fascinated. I highly recommend staying at this place and if I were to return to Cali I would definitely stay at this apartment again.

The apartment is outstanding: spacious, bright, airy, and impeccably comfortable. The beds are a dream, and the entire space is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and functionality. The place is as described and seen, it is nice and very cozy, with different areas to be and share and a great terrace. Everything is very clean and with everything you need. Astrid is very attentive and kind and is always willing to provide what is necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for relaxing and sharing.

Exactly what it says online if not better. Really cozy place felt right at home, surrounded by a lot of restaurants walking distance everything is literally right there. My stay in this apartment was fantastic! After several visits to Cali, I can confidently say this is my best Airbnb experience yet. The location couldn't be better, and the security guards were incredibly courteous. The apartment truly felt like home with its large TV and, especially, the reliable hot water – a real bonus compared to other Cali Airbnbs. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. I also noticed and appreciated the cleaning staff's consistent work in the common areas. Feeling safe was a big plus, and being able to easily walk to my favorite Jardin Plaza for lunch was so convenient. I would absolutely choose this place again!

Mrs. Rocío daughter of Mrs. Maria was very attentive, they were always attentive to any concerns, the apt was clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the area is quiet, there is good commerce nearby. Great place to stay.

The place I booked was not available, however, Alex fixed very quickly and stayed in an apartment with more comfort and luxuries. I'm super grateful, because I felt right at home. Alex is an excellent host and I would definitely stay again in one of his apts. The only opportunity for improvement is for them to put a WIFI signal repeater in the main room as the connection is intermittent.
