Warning, you may never want to leave this state-of-the-art 5-star unit. For starters, you are greeted with an oversized luxury door often found in prestige resorts. Behind this huge wooden door, you will find friendly housekeeping and security staff. Forget about pocketing a bunch of metal keys and plastic cards while on vacation; the door entries are keyless. The unit was professionally designed and included a lot of high-end features. The appliances are top-of-the-line and modern. On each floor, there were fire extinguishers and carbon monoxide detectors inside the unit. There was a security monitor on the wall which allowed me to see visitors on the exterior. The bedding was clean, and the rooms were filled with natural light. The host, David, is very responsive and knowledgeable. He's a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry. His well-trained staff are equally helpful. With no exception, this is the best Airbnb in Cali Colombia and throughout Latin America.

Great old house in a great safe neighborhood in Cali. It fit all four of us with much room to spare. Loved the pool and the sauna!

Great rental with very spacious and well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (both with Smart TV’s) and two baths…with a washer/dryer combo unit that was super convenient. I work online and the internet was great. Love the location in Granada as your 1-2 blocks from main streets with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops but a perfect distance where the late night Cali noise is non-existent in the apartment. Mario and his team are as responsive and helpful as you could ever hope for and check-in/check-out were as smooth as could be. We’ll definitely book again on our regular returns to the amazing Cali, Colombia!

I stayed with my husband and my parents and it is a very comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated apartment, the whole apartment is very well equipped. The best thing is that it had parking at no additional cost! The apartment is located in a vibrant neighborhood, close to tourist sites, restaurants and rumba, so there is a bit of noise in the early morning from people leaving the establishments. Apart from that, we loved the place, highly recommended!

Very nice place, great and quiet neighborhood

We booked with Carla and from the moment we arrived until check-out, she was very attentive and communicative, which is incredibly important when traveling. The property is nice and feels very secure, although please note that it is a studio-sized space. We did encounter an issue with the washer that unfortunately ruined my wife's $60 shorts, which were brand new. Carla promptly contacted the building manager to address the situation. However, we did not receive any reimbursement or compensation for the damaged shorts, so I would advise caution when using the washing machine on the property. Overall, the place is very private and secure, making it a comfortable stay despite the minor inconveniences.

Luis Carlo's place was a great find. I had a few questions for him and he was fast to respond. The place is a very nice, clean and modern apartment with beautiful views of the mountains and city. By being on the 6th floor, you do not hear a lot of street noise and feel safe. Orlando who is the caretaker and checks you in was always available when and if you need something, like clean towels. Luis Carlos's was very accommodating when we had to stay longer and I submitted the extra days through the Airbnb website and he approved it which was a great relief as we would of had to find somewhere else to go. So that was very convenient. Over all, our stay was fabulous and recommend this beautiful Airbnb.
