Cozy studio apartment of 15 m2 with terrace, located in a small village in the mountains and very close to the coast. It has all the basic services plus a breakfast included every day you stay in our facilities, cleaning service in the room and daily change of towels and sheets. Our studio is included in a small rural apartment with large specifications to enjoy great tranquility, relaxation and comfort in Arenas. We are a celebration room with disco, snack area, pool reserved for hotel guests and a large private parking for guests. The apartment has all the necessary comforts for a pleasant and comfortable stay in this "little corner", as we like to call it. They are focused on a loft format or open space, where is located both the kitchen and the bed and living room. It has a modern bathroom with shower and freshly changed towels every day they stay. Each apartment has complete soundproofing, as well as heating and air conditioning. This room has a terrace to enjoy the views and to have breakfast or dinner with the silence and ambient sound characteristic of the mountains. Between the services that we offer by apartotel, they are: - Free breakfast in the room with each day you stay. - Cleaning of the room, daily change of towels and change of sheets. - Free Wifi in all our establishment. - Transfer to the nearest airport or train station (extra charge). - Outdoor swimming pool reserved for guests.
