Der mittlere Raum mit Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer und Küche ist sehr hell mit Sicht auf das Schloss Sargans. Der obere Sitzplatz bietet tolle Rundsicht auf Schloss und Berg Gonzen. My place is close to Bregenzerwald, art and culture, restaurants and food, great views, Lake Constance, bike paths, Nailfluhkette, Nordic Sport Park, Alpsee, Oberstaufen. You'll love my place because of the coziness and the view. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Since our renovation in autumn 2018, our house has received a new facade and a new 30m² terrace for the apartment.

Our cozy apartment is located in Lindau on Lake Constance only about 2 km from the city center. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by car, bike or bus. A fireplace, the organic pool in the garden and an outdoor hot tub with a constant 36°C ensure relaxation in any weather. Bicycles can be stored in our garage.
