With views across Jervis Bay to Point Perpendicular from the living areas and main bedroom. The kitchen has an electric stove top and oven, microwave and dishwasher. The house has gas hot water, bbq & heater, ceiling fans+AC and a spacious bathroom. A second shower is located in the laundry and off the carport is a second toilet.

Our lovely Broulee beach house is just steps away from beautiful South Broulee Beach. In a quiet cul-de-sac, the beach is a one minute walk to the end of the street and over the dunes. Walking distance to cafes and local shops, the house is clean and fresh, with three bedrooms in the main house as well as a backyard cottage with another bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There's fire places inside and out, a large deck with a BBQ and a big fenced backyard good for pets. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.
