As soon as we walked into Chambls we felt at home and ready to start our Tassie adventure. The view from the shack was just incredible and we couldn’t wait to go and explore the beach just metres from our door. This place oozed charm and was everything we expected it to be. Thank you so much x

Absolutely perfect spot for our girls’ trip! The water views were out of this world — we spent the morning with coffee and the evening with wine just taking it all in. The house was super clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay. Our host was amazing — so helpful and friendly, making everything easy from start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Christine and Brad's place was as described and very true to the pictures. It has a superb position waterfront looking North with 180 degree views of the Whitsunday Islands and the Mackay Northern Beaches coastline as well as of superb sunsets. Communication was excellent with all queries answered almost instantly. It was also very simple to access the property with clear instructions. Everything we could need was provided and the facilities were quite luxurious. This house suited us admirably for a visit to family in Mackay as we rented a car which we recommend. Its location is less than half an hour from the airport. Christine and Brad do a great job as hosts both in the presentation of this accommodation and making us feel welcome.

We had a lovely stay at Salthouse Beachside. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had a really nice, relaxed vibe. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient. The architecture and interior design were beautifulsimple but stylish, with a lot of thoughtful touches. We especially enjoyed the collection of books and the calming atmosphere they helped create. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, well-designed beachside escape!

This home is the epitome of relaxation, style, and wow factor. It has absolutely everything you could need - all the simple touches that make it feel like a home away from home. A short walk from the local hot spots. A view from the backyard that will make you want to stay forever. So many spots to relax, sit back and unwind with the sound of the ocean right at your doorstep. Lovely hosts who shared all the important details. 10/10 ⭐️✨⭐️

Aerie retreat is a perfect little piece of nature- stunning views, private, peaceful and romantic. The house is cosy and well stocked to cook meals. The hot tub and deck are gorgeous, even in the rain. We saw seals, in the channel, and wallabies and possums on the property. The stairs to the water are steep but worth exploring. The tinderbox forest walk is fantastic and nearby Blackmans Bay is also charming. Would return in a heartbeat.

this is the second time we have stayed here and I honestly have nothing to complain about. everything was perfect , again. We had everything we needed and more. Don't hesitate to experience this homely little surf shack for yourself, in the best part of Tassy.

We absolutely loved staying at Fred’s place. It’s the sort of place that would be beautiful to stay at all year round. The location was private, peaceful and still close to wineries, the oyster shack and Swansea. The shack was well thought out and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

It was such a nice experience to stay at David and Sandra's place. The house has everything you need to make yourself at home. David was very attentive and responsive at all times. They look after the pool and facilities so that makes it very easy for you. We did not have to contact them for cleaning the pool. Before we notices it was already done before we had to ask. Place is well kept. It is close to a beautiful entrance to Tallow's beach. In spite of bad weather, we made the most out of our stay. You have everything close to you at walking distance if you do not want to go into town. Suffolk it is only 10 minutes drive from Byron Bay, so it makes things very easy. I believe it is a great location for a relaxed holiday with the family close enough to main attractions wihouth necessarilyn been in the heart of Byron. We would definitely recommend David and Sandra's beautiful home.

Sadly only a quick one night stay but we loved every minute. Jacqueline has thought of everything and kitchen is well stocked to cook a great meal. We were happy sitting outside to eat & relax and enjoyed the butterflies & birdlife. Looking forward to a return visit, just needs to be longer. Thanks Jacqueline

The house was amazing, looked just like the pictures. The views were beautiful, and positioned in a lovely spot where the rock wallabies come right past. Great communication from host Ekaterina and Raymond the property manager was also very helpful. Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting a luxury stay in Maggie and we will definitely be staying there again.

We loved our stay, it was big enough to easily accommodate 6 adults and 3 kids with everything you can need. Block out blinds would be great for those wanting to sleep in and the road below is very busy but quiet when all doors are closed. We would absolutely stay again.

Fabulous getaway spot! Photos do not do this beautiful property justice. Spacious, amazing views and quiet location. Best place to relax and unwind. Beach was beautiful and so close to Arlie Beach to grab supplies. Louise was so prompt and helpful with all communication. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great location! Easy walk to Duke Street shops and beach access a short stroll from house. Good floor plan and spacious feel. No car, not a problem, we used uber to get in and out of Hastings street and airport without any difficulty. Sunshine Beach is a fabulous spot with excellent beach, coastal walks and coffee. We even bought a bag of beans from Sunshine Local to take home to Melbourne.

Everything was amazing! 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic place to go with kids or a group of friends. the entertainer area with the pizza oven was a hit!

Christy’s place is truly a dream to come back to after a long day exploring the Margaret River region. Well kept, quality finishings and amenities - we really couldn’t ask for more. It’s so peaceful to wake up to parrots chirping and the trees swaying in the early-winter breeze. We hope to be back again some day!

Situated in beautiful quiet back street. Long walk down side of house to accommodation under main house. No problem for us but might be a little tough if you are not very ambulant. Fantastic walk down to the water through rainforest like vegetation to the ferry. Amazing. From ferry can get anywhere in the bay area. No kitchen or kitchen sink but they do offer to wash any dishes etc. So no cooking. Lots of food extras. Very happy with stay.

The house is charming. Designed and built with love. If you need a good dose of nature and tranquillity this is perfect The hosts were excellent. Very thoughtful and expedient in responses to my questions. Nice touch having this rustic place .. yet being able to watch netflix We loved our time here and definitely look forward to coming back. We absolutely loved our stay at Straddie Chill! The house was beautiful and the views were stunning, we loved watching sunrise and sunset from the large decks. The house was so well stocked with everything we needed and the location was great. Such a short walk to the beach too. We will be staying again for sure!

Very stylish beach shack that’s well equiped and in a unique and beautiful location. We really loved the garden and open spaces. Our host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
