Avec son lit double (en 140 cm) et son canapé convertible, il est idéal pour deux personnes, voire deux adultes et un enfant. De petite taille 22m2 mais bien équipé : douche et lavabo, cuisine complète, machine à laver, télévision, wifi, télévision, l'appartement est de plein pied. Pas d'escalier à franchir. Son balcon orienté Est permet de profiter des levers de soleil, et il n'est pas rare de pouvoir observer des chevreuils ou autres animaux sauvages à proximité. La 2eme terrasse donne sur un petit bassin. Départ de rando et VTT directement depuis le chalet. Les propriétaires habitent dans une maison non attenante, sur la même propriété.
