Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

Family home located in Belleville-sur-Mer, facing the sea and wheat field, visible from all bedrooms as well as the living room. Quiet, in a cul-de-sac, on the GR 21 road. All comforts, 10 minutes from Dieppe, 30 minutes from Veule-les-Roses and 45 minutes from the Bay of Somme.
