I had such a great stay at this property. The location was perfect—tucked away from the noise and distractions, making it an ideal peaceful retreat. It felt like the perfect place to unplug and relax. The surroundings were beautiful and gave off a calm, cozy vibe. The hot tub was clean and worked perfectly, which was a major highlight after long days of exploring and relaxing. The house was well-kept, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It really felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway to recharge, this place is it. I’d absolutely come back again!

Le logement est exceptionnel dans un écrin de verdure loin de l’agitation urbaine. La ferme d’à coté ne cause absolument aucune nuisance. Les ânes sont très peu bruyants. La piscine est juste parfaite et les différents espaces dans le jardin sont très agréables. L’accès au logement est très chaotique, préférez un suv ou une voiture qui ne craint rien. Wij zijn met een aantal vrienden op vakantie gegaan naar Montenegro. Dankzij het goedkope huis hadden we genoeg budget over om leuke uitjes te plannen, buiten de rustige omgeving waar het huis staat. Maar ook de dagen thuis waren genieten! De verkoeling van het zwembad, airco en ventilatoren waren erg fijn! Van het kampvuur met barbeque hebben we ook goed gebruik gemaakt. Omdat de meeste touristische trekpleisters wat verder weg waren, konden we onderweg genieten van het prachtige landschap van Montenegro vanuit de huurauto's. Onze leukste uitjes waren: Piva lake, Kotor (Baai) en Budva/Becici. Hans en Ronique waren een fijne gastheer en gastvrouw! Ze reageerden vlot op berichten en zetten alles op alles voor een comfortabel verblijf. Ook gaven ze duidelijke instructies voor het huis en een heleboel tips voor tijdens het verblijf.

The owner was very responsive and friendly, answered all our questions and was always in touch to help us. We had 2 bicycles, a barbecue area, a swimming pool and a real kayak at our disposal! 2 minutes from the house there is the cleanest river Zeta, where we first rode a kayak, walked and swam. We really liked this house and the emotions we experienced!

If you don't mind driving a bit out of town, you'll find a great place to stai, surrounded by nature where no one will bother you. My girlfriend and I went a bit out of season, but in the right period it must be a sight to behold. Ivan was always friendly and super-helpful for everything, from giving advice on the best shops in town to getting kitchen utensils and more. Highly recommended.

Tha place is magnificent, good with tye Vila, the lac, the pool the rooms, kitchen, garden. it'sa piece of heaven. I definitely recommend it and would like to comeback again

Thank you for the warm welcome in such a lovely place. The host was very kind, the fireplace was ready when I arrived, which made the house feel cozy right away. Although it's a bit remote from shops, there were some food supplies available, which I really appreciated. A truly peaceful and welcoming retreat!

Het verblijf in de accommodatie van Iva was zeer aangenaam. Iva is een vriendelijke vrouw en stond meteen klaar om ons te ontvangen. Het uitzicht vanuit de mooie kamer was prachtig, en je staat meteen bij lekkere restaurants en mooie bars. Ik zou deze accommodatie enorm aanraden.

the place is really beautiful, I lived it. really stylish furniture I felt like home. peacefully area but still not far away from any happenings in city.

Mirko was very welcoming and gave good recommendations for things to do in Podgorica, he was also responsive and very accommodating to our needs. The flat was also very lovely and spacious with a location not too far from the central bus station and a close walk to Podgorica’s attractions.

The host is truly amazing. If you’re planning to visit Montenegro, there’s no need to make a detailed plan—before you even enter the house, the host has already thought of everything and provides all the information via message. For us, he was more like a guide than just a host. We stayed with our family, and the house has everything you need—portable internet, a Netflix subscription, swimming equipment, and more. By the way, there’s no parking problem either.

Branko was a stellar host. He responded very quickly to all our queries we had and made sure we felt very comfortable. He knows the bay and surrounding area very well so use his knowledge to plan your day trips! Lots of nice touches too, we especially liked the drinks fridge and bicycles for us to use, cycling down either side of the bay was our favourite day. We will be recommending this place to all people heading to Kotor!

Bellissimo appartamento con le foto dei nonni. Posizione spettacolare proprio sul lago frai canneti. Darko e la sua famiglia super gentili. Complimenti alla mamma per l'ottima cena e la marmellata di fichi! Grazie.

Güzel bir 2 gece geçirdik. Gayet ilgililerdi ve çok düzenliydi ev. Fakat evin fotoğraflarında deniz manzarası varken bizim kaldığımız odanın manzarası tamamen karşı otelin çamaşır bölümüne bakıyordu.

Harika bir 3 gün geçirdik ailem ile birlikte. Mükemmel konumda her yere yarım saatlik araba mesafesi hem de tam ortada bir konumda. Temiz bir evdi. Biz cok memnun kaldık. Ilıja bizimle son ana kadar ilgilendi. Herkese tavsiye ederim. :)

What a wonderful place! The views of the bay of Kotor from this apartment are hard to beat, pair that with a pool and modern accommodation and you have a perfect combo! Irena was very communicative and responsive, great experience! Will recommend to friends visiting the area in the near future.

Stefan's property is wonderful and has beautiful views of the bay only thing that may be an issue for some is it is not walkable to Kotor as footpaths disappear at some points along the narrow road into Kotor requiring us to get Taxis to get around which was not a bother for us.

Ce séjour chez Nikola était super ! L’emplacement est idéal, à la fois proche de la mer et des villes côtières aux alentours. Nikola nous a conseillé de nombreuses adresses et nous le remercions. La maison est petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Nous pouvions aussi utiliser la grande terrasse pour manger c’était très agréable et surtout très calme :) Il y a également un parking gratuit et des petits commerces aux alentours ainsi que plusieurs restaurants et bars. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et reviendrai avec plaisir :)

Absolutely stunning BnB. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Location was also 10/10 with some delicious food right downstairs. Hosts had very clear communication and they also answered any questions we had about Kotor. Absolutely worth every penny paid, and I would suggest that you go for this place if you’re thinking about it!

Wonderful apartment. Anyone who likes art and design is truly going to love it. Tanja is a wonderful host.
