A very comfortable, peaceful place with warm hosts. Extremely clean everywhere, a great shower, a very nice water filtering machine (hot and cold) in the kitchen, so many nice touches. I especially appreciated Jorge's kindness in accommodating me after a very stressful travel day. I would definitely stay again if I were to be back in the area.

Maureen's place was a dream from booking right through check-out. She is extremely responsive, helpful and thoughtful. We had absolutely everything we needed and wish we could have spent more time. Will definitely recommend to others and 100% plan to return in the future if possible!

I had a wonderful time staying here! I have some family nearby that I visit from time to time and love the town, so was so happy that I was able to be so close to everything - the location is perfect! The space itself is wonderful and was equipped with everything I needed to feel right at home. Donald was such a wonderful host and a pleasure to talk to. I hope to visit my family again soon, and when I do will definitely stay here again!

First time visiting the Salem area for a wedding and given the popularity of the area among tourists, I was happy to find an affordable place to stay that was close to Salem but not too close. Kevin's apartment is a great option for a solo traveler or couple - the space is a great setup with a very comfy bed, kitchenette area, and modern bathroom. It was very easy to get in and out as needed for various wedding events and get some peaceful rest at the end of each day.

Such an amazing place! Everything was perfect. They had everything thought out, and were very quick to respond to requests. This will be our go-to airb anytime we visit Boston again. Highly recommend!

I was very comfortable at Darryl’s apartment. Great views and clean ocean air. Darryl was super communicative and everything was as described. The location is perfect for exploring Beverly and Salem (and truly, anywhere else on the north shore). If you have a car, I recommend driving north on Route 127 (it’s one of my favorite drives in all of Massachusetts). It begins right up the street from the apartment. Thank you Darryl! We were SO impressed with the beautiful interior design of Rachel's apartment! First of all, we loved the turn-of-the century building exterior which transported us to another era. Inside our apartment, the decor blew us away! A garden-motif throughout was accented in vibrant greens, with beautiful artwork, even in the bathroom! This apartment could be in a magazine! It was like being in a garden. The bed was very comfortable, and we thought the desk alcove was so clever. Everything was spotless, too. The location is excellent--it was a short walk to several good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Erin's place! Was a great spot and easy to go in and out while touring the city. Very cute and cozy and would definitely go back!

This is our home away from home when visiting our son and family. Very convenient and we know exactly what we’re getting. Pannarai and family are so very nice and responsive.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and in a wonderful area. It was close to Lynn and Salem and the area in which it was located was peaceful. Amy was very thorough with instructions, would 100% book again.

Everyone in our group agreed that Becky's property was perfect. We were surprised by all of the different supplies that are provided for the bathroom and kitchen. The house is very modern and the beds were very comfortable. It is in a great location too, about a 10 minute drive from downtown Salem.

This place is as charming and spotless as was pictured in the listing. Great location, close to everything we had planned for the weekend. Phil was so proactive with communication and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back.

Our family was in Boston to celebrate our son's college graduation. Eva's place was perfectly located. It was outside the city to avoid traffic, but close to his school so we could get back and forth from graduation festivities over the weekend. The apartment is as advertised, large, clean, with all the needed amenities. Great water pressure and super comfortable beds. Having a full apartment with a large living/dining room and kitchen area was great for the family to relax and decompress over several long days. Eva was responsive to our questions and gave great advice for local restaurants. We really enjoyed La Gallina, a Mediterranean restaurant, in nearby Lynnfield. We were very happy to find her home as it served our purpose perfectly.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. Evan and Rachel were wonderful, responsive hosts and the property was exactly what I hoped for. Upon arrival, the washer looked and smelled very moldy. My advice to any future guests would be to please consider airing out the washer after using it to help prevent this. The AC/heat pump units also seemed a bit musty. However, after communicating the issue to the hosts, they quickly offered to come in later that day to sanitize the washer and give our unit an ozone treatment to deal with the mold spores in the air. I really appreciated the effort and it resolved the problem enough for me to feel comfortable washing my clothes. The convenience of living on the main road in town was nice, but the street was a bit noisy at night. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay at The Loft Escape Apartment again!

This place was a beautiful blessing! We loved how cozy and big the space is! It was perfect for our large group! The Hosts are lovely and are absolutely so accommodating! If you need something, they will help you right out! Easy place to door dash and do Walmart delivery.

Fantastic place, beautifully appointed, great location. Highly recommend staying here. Everything is within walking distance. Loved the rooftop deck and jacuzzi. Probably the most comfortable beds, linens and pillows we’ve ever experienced in our many air bnb stays. Extremely comfortable.

We loved their place and the location right on the beach and in the sea wall . Got great pics of waves hitting the seawall. Close to alll Boston and Salem locations . Had a great time apt was beautiful and Carol and John left fridge for us fully stocked with milk juice drinks and food . Couldn’t ask for more . We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub Grest place to stay

We had the best time in Arlington this past week! We came for the Boston marathon. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was close to Boston but far enough out for the peace and quiet. Doug and Hope were the most exceptional hosts. They were accommodating and very responsive. They went above and beyond to make our stay and everything we needed as easy as possible. They were so great and we hope to come back in the future!!

I stayed with Evan and Rachel previously in the apartment located upstairs from the Hideaway Studio. Once again, I was not disappointed! Spotlessly clean, great location, clear instructions, and perfect for a single guy looking to stay a few nights in Derry. No complaints except I was unable to find any dish soap, so I had to wash everything with hand soap. Also, when using the hot tub, I was bothered by a musty smell coming from the water, especially when all the jets were turned on. Perhaps I’m just overly sensitive to mold. Also, some of the pictures should be updated. While I didn’t need it for my stay, the bunk bed was not set up, so it was just the full bed with the twin trundle underneath. Wonderful stay overall, and I would not hesitate to book this location again!

Exactly as described; this is the 2nd time we've stayed here and would stay again. Good location, parking is easy, there's a workspace, wifi is solid, it's quiet, bed is good, shower is good, it's exactly what I'm looking for in an AirBnB. Though I keep forgetting to take advantage of the hot tub! Plus, hosts are fast responders. No complaints!
