Entspannen mit Blick auf die Berge (bei klarer Sicht, im Winter sieht man sie am besten) und mit ganz viel Ruhe nicht weit entfernt vom riesigen Magnetsandstrand in der Hafenstadt Poti. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich Orangen-, Feigen- und Zitronenbäume und Gäste dürfen sich gern zur Erntezeit bedienen. Der Balkon ist riesig und hat Sitzgelegenheiten mit Tisch, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen oder die Kühe zu beobachten. Die Nachbarschaft besteht aus typisch freundlichen Georgiern.

guesthouse is located at Gorki str. N1 in front of Zugdidi Central Botanical Garden and historic "Dadiani Palace". The air is clean and healthy. arund is a lot of georgian food shop, MC'Donalds, markets and Georgian restorants. The host is really helpful and fluent in english. The apartment is big and cozy. Everything’s new and clean. 5 minutes walk from the center.

A great and authentic Georgian house with a warm, welcoming host. The woman was incredibly kind and hospitable. We stayed just one night, but I would definitely return if I’m ever in Zugdidi again. The place was clean, cozy, calm, and had a truly beautiful soul. Such a friendly and heartwarming stay.

David and his family were the best hosts I have ever stayed with. David was extremely helpful from the very beginning. He went over and beyond to not just make sure we had a comfortable stay, but he also helped us get to our next destination. His parents who were living on the property at that time treated us like their own kids! David's mom made us the best Georgian food we've had on our trip (we were in Georgia for almost a month!). Honestly, nothing ever came close to how good the food here was. It was made with love! ♥️ We were supposed to go for a hike and we couldn't carry our luggage. David let us keep our luggage in his house for free. When we got back, he even helped us out (I must add, BIG time), by sending our luggage to us till the railway station. I'm not kidding when I say he went over and beyond to help us. The house itself is located in such a beautiful village, you wouldn't even feel like leaving the property.

I’m leaving Nino’s house feeling full of love, peace, rest and food. The guest house where we lived is a spacious, clean and homey, surrounded by gardens, all you hear is animals and birds, all you smell is pure village air… The house has everything you need, like living on a villa. The kitchen is outside but we didn’t need it at all cause Nino stuffed us with terrific georgian food. There is either wild beach or cultured, 10 minutes drive from home. People are sweet and funny. Animals too. A peaceful, happy place. Would love to come again.

This is probably my best Airbnb choice on my travels in Georgia. Really warm, outstanding experience. I stayed initially for one night but then changed the plans due to a broken car, had to stay in zugdidi one night longer, but found out quite late. Alex was very responsive and his parents very welcoming even during the night. Definitely coming back one day. Thank you Alex, Eka and Eldar once again!
