The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Studio de 25 m² avec terrasse de 6 m², idéal pour un couple ou deux amis recherchant calme et confort. Le logement dispose d’une TV avec Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ et myCANAL, d’une cuisine équipée, d’une machine à laver et d’une salle de bain avec baignoire. La terrasse aménagée (table, chaises et assises détente) est parfaite pour profiter de l’extérieur. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont fournis. Situé à 10 minutes de Lyon en transports, quartier agréable et bien desservi.

Very nice studio located in the heart of the Confluence district. It is ideal for a weekend of discovery or a week in Lyon (professional training or teleworking), combining PROXIMITY and COMFORT. The apartment is new, bright, very well equipped, it has a large terrace (parasol, sofa, electric bbq). A mobile air conditioner is available in case of hot weather. Quick access to public transportation, restaurants, bars, Confluence shopping center, Confluence museum, cinema, etc.

We welcome you to a charming studio in the heart of old Chazay, a medieval village voted "most beautiful village of the Rhône 2023", peaceful, with pretty golden stones. Ideally located close to shops, in a quiet lane. You can reach Lyon or Villefranche-sur-Saône in less than 25 minutes or visit the vineyards and other beautiful villages of Beaujolais. Train and bus access close by to reach Lyon and Villefranche. 3-minute walk to the École de la Voix.

Located in the heart of the village of Limonest, the accommodation is close to all shops (bakeries, Casino, butcher shop, pharmacy, etc.). The place is bright thanks to its west-facing orientation and openings (including Velux).

Fanny's Apartment, 42 m², has been fully renovated. It consists of a living room with TV area and sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen, a large bedroom with 160 bed (opening onto the living room through a glass wall), and a shower room. Possibility of a baby bed in the bedroom. The bay window opens onto the garden where a barbecue area will be set up just for you (when the season is right).
