Holiday rentals with beach access in Darıca

We had a girls' holiday and we were very pleased, everything was clean, the location of the house was very nice, it is a place we can choose when we come to the island again, thank you very much for your interest 💖

Sila was the sweetest! she welcomed us and showed us around the house and checked on us during our stay:) the place is even better than the pictures. The balcony is stunning with a view of the sea. we used the kitchen and it was equipped with everything we needed. The place was perfectly clean! We definitely enjoyed our stay. Thank you sila for your kindness❤️

It was a very pleasant stay

I really liked it, but there are too many stairs to get there. And the entrance hallway is a little dirty and dark. But inside the house everything is very neat, comfortable and quiet. There's more than you'd expect to find. I booked twice as I felt very comfortable in the place and the price is quite accessible and fair.

We stayed for 4 days. The location of the house was good as its proximity to the beach and the center. We would like to thank Mr. Ahmet for his interest.

We stayed for one night on May 19-20. The location, the decor of the house, the view was very nice. Unfortunately, the balcony was not cleaned and the ashtray was full. The ones close to the stove from the kitchen cabinets were also very greasy. The other rooms were very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was considered. There were very nice treats, and we were also happy for them, thank you. We recommend it as the most ideal accommodation for Büyükada. I hope we will have the opportunity to come again.

The house had a beautiful view, just like in the photos. For those who don't live in Istanbul and are planning to rent a house, I highly recommend seeing this view at least once. Adem was a very helpful host and tried to assist with everything. Thank you again.

Very comfortable and extremely clean house. Beautiful garden! Easy to access, and perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The chickens were definitely the highlight of our trip! Muge is a fantastic host. She was very nice and made us feel right at home. One of a kind. Truly a gem.

6 stars out of 5:) The apartment is very tastefully furnished, has character with sweet details and meets all needs, you don't want to leave the house. The balcony and the view are amazing. Burcu is a very warm person and a good host. Cat Luna is a delight:)) The location is very central, so there was a little street noise during the holiday, but it didn't bother me:) Very close to many cafes, restaurants and markets, a big advantage. Heybeli may be the best! I plan to come again🫶🌸

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

Mr. Ahmet's interest was definitely at a high level. The location of the house can really be one of the best places you can find in Istanbul. We enjoyed a clean house and a wonderful garden. We will definitely prefer it again

Family trip enjoyed our stay, quiet place, great amenities and fresh linens stocked, and beautiful. Restaurants very close and amazing walkability to take photos by the sea.

Such a wonderful place! It was our second time staying here and it's our favorite on the islands. So clean and also close to the water and all the shops without having to go up too much of a hill. 😊

Furkan was very friendly and responsive. He helped me a lot through the whole stay. I had a nice and cozy stay, the place felt like home.
