We are completely satisfied. The house was great, the location is very nice and it was very quiet and pleasant. As in any house, there are one or two small things that can be fixed, but I am sure that will be done in a timely manner as we found the host to be particularly friendly, helpful and eager. Sincere thanks for the wonderful time. We will be happy to come back!

A wonderful home in the middle of a very peaceful sector of Dartford. Home is spacious, clean and exactly as advertised. Beds are extremely comfortable and TV is great quality. Host was very clear and detailed in the processes for checking in/out and overall process was smooth. If in need of a place to stay I would strongly recommend this host a cut above others in the local area!

Our stay was great! Linda furnished the accommodation very lovingly and made our stay a great experience. The connection to London is also great. Tip: Use Otford train station (about 10 minutes by car). The car can be safely parked there for £4/day. In about 40 minutes you are in the middle of London.

Only a brief one night stay as we were visiting family nearby, Joyce’s place was clean and comfortable. Neighbourhood a little noisy, but it was a Saturday night. Felt at home otherwise. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

She's a Kind, Attentive, Interactive, Proactive, Considerate & Responsive Host, kept us well informed and she was always happy to help if we needed it. It feels like a home away from home, we'd recommend and fully intend to return. ☺️

It was the perfect home away from home! Everything was super straightforward and accessible including shops, parks/open spaces, check in, parking etc. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and tidy. Not a bad word to say about my visit and if I’m ever in the area again I would definitely stay again :)

The property was spotlessly clean and well equipped. It was very well situated and well suited for our weekend needs. Good links for everywhere we wanted to go. It is a lovely spacious apartment very conveniently located for Lakeside and for driving to London. All the amenities are there and it is a very comfortable space. Thank you Lemuel we will book again :)

i stayed here for about four months while studying abroad at a nearby college. gloria and her family are amazing hosts. i felt very safe and supported while living here. she is very helpful and attentive. the room was perfect and easy to live in. very clean and 100000% no bed bugs!! i am happy to have called this place my home 🩵🩵

David was very helpful from the moment I booked his lovely apartment—always ready to assist. The apartment has a charming touch and is conveniently located right next to Lakeside. Bus and train options are nearby, and it's easy to get around on foot as well.

Second time at Caroline's place. Fantastic apartment with everything you need, very thoughtfully laid out. Caroline is an exceptionally cool and kind person, highly recommended.

Stayed here for 1 night as we were going to a concert at the O2. Excellent location for it, the bus goes from just round the corner straight to the venue. Very clean and everything you need for a short stay.

Priscilla was a great hostess, always responds on time and helps as much as she can. The accommodation is very peaceful and comfortable, and always smells nice.

This is the third time we stay here. Despite the years the place is well kept. It is convenient and meets our expectation.
