Ms. Agnes was very responsive and Ate Marie, the caretaker was also very welcoming and nice. The house was also super clean and very homey. The rooms, pool area and bathroom were spotless. You won’t feel ick even if you walk barefoot. My friends also complimented the place. Perfect place for a small group. Will definitely recommend this to others 😊

I loved staying at this condo. Everything was fairly accessible and the neighbors were very nice people. Amenities were useful and everything was functional enough for my lifestyle. It was a functioning home. There are ATMs downstairs, guards are super nice, the restaurants below are worth eating daily in, and the convenience of a small grocery store with everything you’ll ever need is the sweet cherry on top. Also, it was not difficult getting transportation. With the Mall of Asia at your doorstep as well as everything the bay has to offer, it’s also difficult to get bored on days off. I was working remotely during my entire stay and it was blissful. 10/10 would recommend!

Irenes Place is perfectly situated just across a massive mall that offers anything one could ask for. It’s very close to all the business in Alabang. I stayed at the place for 1 month and have not gotten any bored, views are amazing and it’s fancy design makes for a amazing stay. The condo offers anything you need for a daily life and if anything, I found Irene is super responsive and able to give great tips. 10/10 would recommend and very likely I will be back.

This was our first experience in the Philippines to visit family and to tour. The condo is very easily accessible from the airport by walking via Runway Manila or a very quick Grab. Our host was very responsive and helpful before our trip, answering all questions and providing a great experience. Our check in was seamless as the host's helper met us at the condo to show us around. Building staff were very helpful and all the amenities were enjoyable. Grocery and other food options were very close and this was a very safe place to be. This was a great "homebase" for our family to explore Manila. We highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling to Manila. Thank you!

The unit was exactly the photos published. The living room, bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and had all amenities promised. The 24/7 security guards were very attentive and performed their jobs very well. The proximity to the malls was amazing and getting transportation was never an issue. The unit could do a little updating and repair of bathroom plumbing, but overall, our stay was comfortable, peaceful, and very safe. Would use this place to stay again in future travels.

The place was great, but what really set it apart was the hospitality and responsiveness of Maria. All concerns were addressed immediately. The cleaner who came was also super friendly, and made sure the upkeep of the room was always maintained.

I would highly recommend this place especially to those who have pets as they can freely roam the yard and have fun as well. The place also has a lot of restaurants that you can order from, and is also near malls. We had fun as well, thank you.

I had a great stay at Laarni’s place! Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive throughout the entire process. The home was spotless, smelled great, and had a beautiful interior design that made it feel cozy and inviting. The location was convenient and in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. The place came fully stocked with complimentary towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, everything I needed was already there. What really stood out were the entertainment features. The projector and game consoles were a fantastic bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the value was excellent, and I felt I got more than what I paid for. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

We truly appreciate the location very accessible, everything is within the area, from food to commodities, sightings to other activities, highy recommendable. The house is great, really a complete package for a group or family staycation. Wifi is fast and amenities are beyond expectations. The host is very accommodating and true...very responsive and kind. From the moment you arrive, you'll notice how incredibly clean and well-kept everything is. The swimming pool is just fantastic – perfect for a refreshing dip or just lounging by the water. The kitchen is a equiped with complete appliances and utensils, making it super easy to whip up your favorite meals. And no worries about sleeping arrangements; the bedrooms are perfectly sized for the number of guests. Plus, they've got all the great amenities you could ask for, like awesome sounds and reliable Wi-Fi. Seriously, every detail just makes your stay so enjoyable. You'll leave feeling happy and refreshed!

Alfonso was very responsive & accommodating to our request & needs. FYI to future guests... allow at least 15 for Grab pick-up from this area. other than that, we had a pleasant stay at Alfonso's place. We'll definitely be our choice again next time.

Our family had a great stay! Robert was very accommodating and kept in touch with regular updates, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The location is excellent—close to recreational areas, making it easy to get out and explore. The room was exactly as seen in the photos, clean, spacious, and comfortable, and having access to a free pool was a fantastic bonus. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located stay and will surely go back.

Bing was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The location of Bing’s place is very close to Terminal 3 airport which was perfect for us to fly in and out of Manila. Resorts World Casino and Mall are across the street which made it very convenient. The Condo is exactly as described and the pictures of her place are spot on. I highly recommend staying at her Condo.

We stayed here to visit my relatives who also live in Acacia Estates. There was a small hiccup prior to checking in but was no big deal. The condo was clean and in great condition (Verawood is one of the nicest communities in Acacia). There is a supermarket, some places to eat, and other services across the street. SM Aura in BGC is about 10-15 minutes drive away, Vista Mall Taguig 5 min away. Overall, a great place to stay and I would book there again.

The room was clean and comfortable, making for a great stay. Beddings and towels were fresh and clean, exceeding my expectations. The room amenities like the fridge and microwave were a nice-touch. Our stay at Dina's place was amazing and felt just like home. Check-in was smooth, and the free parking right near the entrance of the tower was very convenient. The unit is well-equipped, with complete kitchen amenities, an ironing set, and an incredible full view of Taal Lake — truly a highlight of our stay! It's also surrounded by plenty of great restaurants, making everything easily accessible. We’ll definitely be back!

I had a great experience with this location. It exceeded expectations!

This place is walkable to nearby attractions and restaurants. I just have one suggestion: could you please leave another set of blanket and bedding even if there's only 2 of us who booked the room. It rained and the caretaker wasn't able to send us the requested items. Although to be fair, we didn't discuss this to the owner and caretaker beforehand. Overall it's still great and will probably stay again next time..
