Our house with a private entrance and private garden is located on the Kargı Bay road. It is within a 6-7-minute walking distance to Saklı Bay and Mandalya Bay, and a 1-2-minute drive to Kargı Bay. In addition to being able to reach the center of Datça in 2 minutes by car, it is also possible to get there by local public transportation that passes in front of our house every hour. A pleasant walking path for those who like to walk =) Being so close to the center of Datça and having the opportunity to stay in nature are the elements that make our house special.

Welcome to our villas, where you'll feel right at home, surrounded by nature. Located just 6 kilometers (3.7 miles) from the center of Datça, you can enjoy the tranquility while also reaching beaches, restaurants, and other attractions in 5–10 minutes by car. There are a total of 4 villas within the same spacious and well-maintained garden. The swimming pool in the center of the villas is a common area. Our large and open garden is perfect for relaxing, spending quality time with children safely, and enjoying the outdoors.

Those who are afraid of spiders, ants, etc. should not come, because we have occupied their places. Note: Unfortunately, due to the conditions in our country, we now charge a fee for wood during the winter season.
