Unique Beach House

Our house is in the ovabükü region, one of the most valuable places in datçan. Our house is a stone house. The house is on the beach as seen in the photos. Our house is equipped with 30 minutes of fire resistant materials. It has a capacity of 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. All white goods are complete up to the air conditioning dishwashing machines. All the small appliances, from the hair dryer to the iron, to the tea maker, are complete. All of the items are zero. It's a unique opportunity for a quiet holiday with your family.

Located in Mesudiye mahallesi, one of the most beautiful bays of Datça, our house is by the sea(15adım). 20 minutes to the center ofdatça, 5 minutes to Hayıtbük, 15 minutes to palamutbük. /There are fruit trees /3 bedrooms in the garden, 1 living room +kitchen/2wc, 1 bathroom/ 1 double, 3 single beds, 1 sofa bed. A total of 6 people can stay. There is a TV , wifi , three fans, 3 air conditioners in the garden. all newly renovated items are the perfect place for the family to rent for the first time. note: Pets are not allowed.

Relax in our cozy and spacious dublex with 3 bedrooms just five minutes from the clean İçmeler seaside! The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay — a pool & a garden to cool off, a kitchen with all the cooking utencils including a filter coffee machine, a living room with TV, wi-fi, sofa & sitting area, two eating tables (one inside and one on the balcony overlooking the pool) — three bedrooms (one with a huge double bed, other with two single beds, and the third room with sofabed.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We have a large garden area where your children can play. You can experience a unique barbecue in the garden and have a wonderfully peaceful night. The sea, restaurants and markets are 150 meters away, within walking distance. We have amenities such as a washing machine, television, air conditioning, barbecue, etc. There is one bedroom with a double bed and 2 sofa beds in the open kitchen. 4 people can easily stay.

Our apartment is 1+1 detached apartments in Palamutbükü, under the shade of almond trees. We have bikes, a barbecue and kitchen utensils (tea and coffee maker, etc.) that you can use for free in each of our apartments, hot water and internet. Our location is 350 meters walking distance from the sea in the center of Palamutbükü.
