Our house, located in the Mesudiye neighborhood of Datça, one of the most beautiful bays of Datça, is right by the sea (15 steps). 20 minutes to the center of Datça, 5 minutes to Hayıtbük, 15 minutes to Palamutbük. Fruit trees in the garden/3 bedrooms, 1 living room + kitchen/2 WCs, 1 bathroom/1 double bed, 3 single beds, 1 sofa bed. A total of 6 people can stay. Satellite TV, Wi-Fi. ALL ROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. Newly renovated, all the furniture is brand new, a perfect place for a family. note: pets are not allowed. No smoking indoors.

Our house is in the Ovabükü region, one of the most valuable places in Datça. Our house is a stone house. As seen in the photos, the house is on the beach. Our house is equipped with materials that are fire-resistant for 30 minutes. It has a capacity of 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. All white goods, from air conditioning to dishwashers, are complete. All small appliances from hair dryer to iron to tea maker are complete. All of the items are brand new. A unique opportunity for a quiet holiday with your family.

Palamutbükü 1+1 apartment with a patio 50 meters to the sea.

It is very easy to reach the sea on foot; it is 50 meters away. You can reach the large grocery stores within walking distance. It is in a secluded location but also very central. Our house is detached, with 2 balconies next to each other, and it is divided in two in the middle with a divider. The interior has been completely renovated. Renovated. We have 3 houses in the common area in the garden. We have our own restaurant on the beach, and we offer sunbed service here. Rotabük Restaurant
