Mariana’s guest house was perfect for me and two friends. The location was great, a short 10min walk into town. The view from the room was stunning, some of the best sunsets I’ve seen. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mariana’s. her communication was very fast and helpful. We would love to stay again one day!

I am so Happy I have found a hidden Gem, great very private Italian villa in beautiful surroundings. Felt like in Paradise, with all the amenities present such as Swimming pool, large Kitchen, very friendly and attentive staff. Stayed for a week and every morning enjoyed freshly cooked Breakfast. Very peaceful and calm location, surrounded by Palms, birds, goats, and cats. No loud neighbours, no karaokes. Would recommend to rent a car or scooter, and park it on a property. They only have 2 apartments for rent, do you would feel like a part of a family. Highly recommend, would return back to stay again!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at Sun Xi Mountain Resort! The description is accurate - you're really on top of the hills, overlooking green paddy fields, and really just surrounded by nature! The place is so serene and peaceful, and definitely for those who want to seek a getaway from the hustle and bustle of cities/towns. Although there is no signal there, my friends and I enjoyed the break from technology and just immersing ourselves in the environment there. Admittedly, there isn't much to do there, mainly trekking and walking around the hills, but you can take their shuttle van down to the town (about 20 mins ride) and engage in canyoneering tours etc. In the resort there is a dining area where you can order food from the menu and the friendly staff will whip up delicious food for you. All in all, we had a very lovely time here and we hope other visitors will too! :)

Best stay in the Philippines! Would absolutely recommend to everyone who wants to have the most lovely hosts, there is everything you need and the room is clean and very comfy. We couldn’t find such a standard in the whole 3 months that we were traveling before. We felt at home and would love to come back to bohol just for this airbnb and the hosts. 10/10

Watikolo resort feels like home. Peaceful and quiet location. The view is stunning. Ate Maricel (staff) is very accommodating and helpful. My kids love the pool. We had a wonderful stay here — it truly felt like home! The place was cozy and comfortable, with no brownouts during my stay (a big plus!). The staff and neighbors were all so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. And the dogs? Absolutely adorable! They added a special charm to the place. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing and worry-free stay.

We enjoyed a great stay here. Linda a very good host, very responsive and helpful with arranging transportation. The location on the listing shows this to be inland, it's not, it's right on the beach in the middle of San Juan near lots of great places to eat and drink. The location was excellent. The room was good, there is a fridge in the room which was great. You also have access to filtered cold and hot water outside the room. There is a outdoor kitchen of sorts you can use, but we didn't use it. The bathroom is more of a wet room, much in keeping with other island places at this price point in the Philippines. No hot water, as advertised. Air con worked well in the room, it was noisy but we are used to the sound now so slept fine! The mattress and pillow are very firm, so if you prefer a softer style mattress this may not be the place for you. There was nothing wrong with the mattress at all, just a personal choice 🙂

Ma'am Linda did message to us if we want to cancel our reservation due to the rotation brown out all over the island and they are willing to refund our reservation and find another place with generator, this gesture really amazed me so we insisted as long as there is clean water to clean our selves thats fine. I actually love the place since its beach front and with very affordable price. These adds our stay stay in the island amazing . I have no regrets visiting the enchanted island of Siquijor and would definitely go back . The people and places are all amazing 🪄🪄🪄❤️❤️❤️
