What a gem of a place and hosts! We traveled to quite a few places during our 2.5 week trip through Europe, and this was by far our favorite stay. Located in the Luberon Valley in the medieval town of Ménerbes, Provence, you only had to look outside of your window to see the vibrant purple shades of the blooming summer lavenders and lavandines. The stay was well appointed with everything you’d need, and the private courtyard provided breathtaking views of the valleys and nearby mountains. The town and stay are rich in history - you’ll enjoy learning about it from hosts Maria and Francois, who are absolutely delightful. A beautiful breakfast of local fresh fruits, pastries, eggs and yogurt was provided, which gave us enough fuel for a long day of walking and sightseeing. My favorite part of it all were the conversations we had with Maria and Francois over breakfast - they’re quite charming and funny; we exchanged stories of our lives and travels. Highly recommend this stay!

We spent 4 days in this beautiful cottage and would have liked to stay longer. It is originally furnished, the bed is very comfortable and the linen linens perfect for the hot days. And Phédia is a great host! She greeted us very kindly and gave us good tips for the markets and restaurants. We - and our dog Camillo - particularly enjoyed the enchanting little garden seating area and the long walks around the village. We were in Provence for the first time and thanks to this great experience certainly not the last time!!!

Jacqueline and Myriam are very welcoming hosts, Jacqueline present on site is always ready to provide us with the right information about her area, local markets to do, nice restaurants, what to visit.. The accommodation is very well arranged, very clean, excellent bedding, air conditioning... with the good heat: it's appreciated! the availability of the freezer: very useful for the cooler blocks during our local purchases, and the cherry on the cake: Jacqueline who had prepared us fresh sage when we checked out. We had a wonderful vacation in the Provence! Valerie's place is beautiful and set in one of the most beautiful and quiet villages in the region. It has great views and it made us feel really at home. The apartment has everything that we needed - it was clean, very cozy and tastefully furnished. Valerie was a great host - she gave us excellent recommendations about the local restaurants and we felt really welcomed there. We will definitely come back!

We loved our stay in Gréoux les Bains. The apartment was perfect, super quiet with a beautiful view. Shower gel, shampoo and towels available. Well-equipped kitchen, a large fridge. This little stay was very relaxing 😊

Alix’s apartment in Aix-en-Provence was a delightful place to stay—stylish, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. Yes, there are a few stairs to reach it, but the charm and comfort make it well worth the effort. The back deck was our favorite spot, offering a beautiful view perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. A peaceful retreat in a great location—highly recommend!

My first AirBnb experience was great. I loved the house, and the owners were very kind; I even got to meet one of their dogs! I loved it.

Valerie is a very nice host, she accepted our Last Minute request and was open for a late check in. She gave us many recommendations for the area. The apartment is as described, well equipped and in a very calm area, we slept beautifully and enjoyed the beautiful outdoor options, outdoor breakfast and Aperitivo by the Pool. Recommended

A gorgeous little apartment overlooking a lovely landscape. The access to the pool is great and the decor and atmosphere in the apartment was just what we needed. Definitely recommend!

Philippe and Catherine's cottage met our expectations perfectly, staying there was really pleasant. The place is spacious and very functional, it immediately feels like home. Impeccable bedding, large bathroom with walk-in shower, cozy living room and large kitchen area. The proximity to the departure of the hot air balloons, the goal of our getaway, was a plus. Discreet but responsive and caring hosts when we solicited them. A very good place for those looking for calm and nature while remaining close to Forcalquier and its surroundings.
