We had a great stay. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The place is cozy, clean, and exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. Sofia was really accommodating and responsive, which made things super easy. Definitely a spot I’d recommend.

Wij hebben het heel erg naar ons zin gehad. De condo unit was heel netjes en schoon. Er waren ook genoeg middelen om het schoon te houden. De instructies van de property caretaker bij aankomst waren ook heel duidelijk, heel vriendelijk ontvangen. De bank was super fijn en de tafel precies groot genoeg om als familie aan te eten. We konden ook vrienden ontvangen tijdens ons verblijf. Het zwembad was perfect. Bedankt!

place was complete with everything that you’ll need for a comfortable stay. the mall is within 5 mins walk and nearby local attractions too. host was very responsive and helpful to all my concerns and queries.

Celso Jr is a great host. Very helpful, super friendly and extraordinary host. The place itself it's made to make us feel like we are at home. There is everything we may need for a long or short stay. What really surprise me was the washing machine. I am travelling a lot across Philippines and I can tell from personal experience, it's not very common thing to have, but at the same time is extremely helpful when we do. The location is stop on, next to Abreeza Ayala Mall with great choice of restaurants. Excellent value for the money and will definitely book again when we are traveling to Davao. Me and my girlfriend can highly recommend Celso as very friendly and helpful host and his place like one of the best we have even been. Better than a 5 stars hotel!

Probably the best overall condo rental I have ever had. The location and building management were excellent. Security was very present and effective but not militant. The unit was larger than most with a great view. Hot shower and cold Air conditioner. Definitely recommend this rental. 10 for 10 I would rent again.

Highly recommended! We stayed here for three weeks, and we definitely enjoyed our stay. The room is well-maintained and has everything we need. There were no issues with the AC, the hot and cold shower worked well, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Joanna has been a great host—very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely book again on my next trip to Davao. 👌🏻

Joanna is very responsive, even with the incident that has happened, she provided assistance and solutions that are also beneficial for our party. Not to mention that the room is very inexpensive yet already can cater our family of 4 that feels like home. Would highly recommend!!

Centrally located downtown, the unit was clean and well maintained. Good views. The building was nice but the gym was sparse. The unit is downtown so it was noisy from the trafic, and we happened to. E there for Easter so the church loud speakers ran all day. I would recomend this Airbnb to anyone the place was good just be aware of the small drawbacks to the central location. Brenda responded quickly to us and the reception desk was also helpful. If you hang a left out the front door you have easy access to taxi or jeepany.

the place was good, safe, some restaurants nearby, also laundry place next door, a little far from airport though, but overall is well worth the price.

The place was so nice and very accessible to everything. The lifts are just outside the unit, the refuse room and electrical room is nearby. There was even an honesty store inside the unit. So when you are tired to get down to buy something, you can just check the honesty store. The host was very accommodating, always responsive and proactive. We will book here again the next time we visit Davao.

Place is just steps away from the mall. Everything you need is there. Will definitely come back.
