Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Davao City

First of all, I really like how strategically placed the condo was within the city. It is near many places we went to. Second I like how organized the unit was with its plethora of cabinets making storage a piece of cake. Third, the linens were of good quality putting us to sleep with ease. Fourth, the unit had complete amenities, from a smart tv, refrigerator, microwave, utensils and internet connection making its price a bang for the buck. Lastly, the host was super responsive to all our needs! We’ll definitely stay here again! 💯

Owner and Care Taker is friendly and accommodating. Unit is clean as well. I don't have any issue on this listing, this is very good deal plus the view in the Balcony. However, the building is under re-construction so almost no one stays in the same tower. I felt creepy at some time specially I am staying on the unit alone 😅 The rest. I am good. Thanks!

First off, I would just like to say how great Vincent was in all aspects. The place exceeded my expectations and they have thought of every single amenity you could possibly think of Right down to pots pans, rice cooker ,making sure there is already water provided Which even boiled the water as it came out if you wanted tea or coffee he even had a coffee percolator with fine ground quality coffee Very large TV Netflix and prime was available when I couldn't work it his daughter Swifty came out the same day and helped me. They also allowed me to be able to use the scooter if I wanted to free of charge there was a good powerful shower, hairdryer provided. Both rooms had good air-conditioning units. The living room had another plug-in air conditioner if needed there was an emergency medical box if needed also 24 hours security very helpful and the whole building is very secure with security cameras everywhere if you need an apartment to stay in within this area I would highly recommend.

Feels like home…will definitely be back here. We really enjoy the card games specially the poker set 😁 kudos host

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Hello George and Elea! Thank you so much for accommodating all of us. I’ve been traveling to different places and so far, this has been one of the most comfortable stay I’ve had. I was quite anxious on how this would all go since I was traveling with a big group for the first time, but the host was really kind and considerate about the entire thing. The house was amazing, big space and a lot of amenities. Location is good too especially if you need to run errands. Overall it was a great experience! I’ll be recommending this place to other people for sure! Thanks again to the hosts 😊
