It is ideally located near the main town and many places of interest. Adventurers often choose Kapatagan as a jump-off for exploring Mt. Apo and its surrounding areas. Others come to relax and recharge.

A serene swimming pool is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a tranquil atmosphere. A small water feature is visible at one end, producing gentle sounds as water flows. The pool area is framed by black fencing, ensuring privacy and security.

Nature is generally at play in the entire place where sunset is visible at full view. Mountain view is evident where Mt Apo, the country's tallest peak is visible at a close range. The House is equipped with basic functional spaces and has spacious areas. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Evenings are cool and breezy.
