Holiday rentals with a pool in Davao del Sur

Tom and Rose are perfect hosts. They take time to ensure that what we need are provided. They are responsive on our requests and offered us a flexible time for check out since our flight would still be late in the afternoon. We will definitely go back to their place. Vivian's place is pretty and comfortable house to stay in. She and Arnel the caretaker is very responsive and kind. The place is in safe and secure location, close to the airport, wet market and mall. Fully air-conditioned rooms, free wifi and netflix tv. You can cook too and microwave is handy as well. My family had a great time in their accommodation, except when it was raining there is a sewage smell which is also the community's problem. Thank you Viv and Arnel, we'll see you next time😊

This was my first time booking on Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Clarity Chaire’s space was simply wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described, and everything was spotless and well-organized. Me and my friends were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and amenities provided. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Clarity was an excellent host, responsive and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!

Ate Bing’s place was our home for two weeks and it felt like it was our own. Ate Bing was very helpful with our queries and very responsive when we requested something for the house (very accommodating). The very vibrant personality made us feel very welcome. The house was surprisingly very big and clean that we are in awwe when we arrived. The place is good for family gatherings which is why we chose the place. The Pool area was well maintained and clean.. picture worthy especially during the night.☺️ will definitely book again for our next vacay! Thank you Ate Bing!

Ms. Rhea was extremely considerate, responsive, and accommodating. Same can be said to Kuya Weng, a reliable caretaker who was always nearby and helping us with our requests. This made our group's stay very pleasant and smooth. Just some highlights to mention: - The home itself is lovely, clean, and well maintained. - There are ACs in every room, including the sala, which made our stay very cool and comfortable even with this summer heat - You can also do your laundry for a small fee per load, convenient for longer stays. - As for getting around, Grabs were very easy to book within the area and the place is only 8 minutes from the airport. - Kuya Weng is a MVP, assisting us throughout our stay Based on our experience, I highly recommend this place for big groups! We really enjoyed our stay in Davao :)

Highly recommended! We stayed here for three weeks, and we definitely enjoyed our stay. The room is well-maintained and has everything we need. There were no issues with the AC, the hot and cold shower worked well, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Joanna has been a great host—very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely book again on my next trip to Davao. 👌🏻

Probably the best overall condo rental I have ever had. The location and building management were excellent. Security was very present and effective but not militant. The unit was larger than most with a great view. Hot shower and cold Air conditioner. Definitely recommend this rental. 10 for 10 I would rent again.

The alarm was very scary since it was unannounced.

Ms. Nina is a very responsive host. The place is amazing. It has all the amenities listed. An Ms. Nina lets us extend our stay for how many hours because our flight is at 9pm. She also checks in on us if we were okay. You really get what you pay for. Thank you Ms. Nina!

Place looks so chic as promised and it looked so neat and pretty. Some things were new to me and I kept asking the hosts what to do and they were helpful and responsive. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to chill and have a good time in davao 💌
