I had a great stay at this place! It was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials like pots, pans, and a chopping board, which made cooking convenient. The air conditioning was cold and worked perfectly, and the listing matched exactly what was advertised—truly amazing. I also appreciated the free toiletries and drinking water provided, which were a nice bonus. Highly recommended!

It was a great place to stay. All the things we need are provided except for the tissue which is one of the most important things for me when going in a condo or hotel. But overall, I like the place. I felt comfortable.

Our second stay at this Airbnb was just as great as the first! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is very convenient, and my kid was so excited to use the pool again, he had a fantastic time. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. It is an extremely convenient location, but its quiet as it is set back from the main road. The ceiling fan was usually enough, and there is aircon to back it up. Everything worked well inside the apartment.

I love where the place is located because it’s close to all the establishments. I also love how the room was clean and exactly like in the picture. The total bonus point for me was the location of the room—it has an overlooking view of the city, which is especially beautiful at night because of the city lights. Oh, and an extra bonus is that they offer free water! Overall, I am happy with my stay at their place.

To be honest, this is one of the best AIRBNB staycation we’ve been to so far! Sir Andy was really cooperative, helpful, kind and caring person. We were able to make an early check-in and late check-out with Sir. Andy as long as he has no other guests. His place is really spotless and clean. Well equipped kitchen and furnitures. I would say his apartment studio would really make you feel like at home—really comfortable and cold AC as well. I would say also his house is semi-smart with their electronics and it’s designed to conserve energy and save water. What you see in the description, is what you get! Recommended and 5 starts for Sir. Andy!

This unit is the best that I’ve stayed in both Towers 1 and 2. The bed sheets and towels are of good quality, white, 100% cotton. The unit is tastefully furnished and makes you feel comfortable. The clothes washer is super convenient. On the negatives are the very dirty swimming pool and also construction noise during the day (both not under the owner’s direct control).

Such a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly clean and well-kept. It was the perfect space to reconnect and unwind with my college friends. Peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommended!

This was a last minute rental and the host was most accommodating. The unit is beautiful and has 2 balconies. I highly recommend renting this unit when you are in Davao.

Spending out Anniv Day here was the best decision we've made. It was close to a Mall and though it's beside the road you won't feel that it is crowded or hear any noises as it is located in the upper level or the penthouse. The bathtub was plus points as we love to do relaxation while dipping in the water. The magnificent view of Mount Apo while working is superb. Their kitchen is well equiped though needs a little improvement (scissors & sharp knife). For a couple who's working remotely & love to do gaming, the WIFI was fast and we love it. 100% recommended and will definitely go back.

I would always love to return again should I get the opportunity!!
