The place costs cheap but the building and unit isn’t. You get what you paid for. In tagalog, SULIT! We just needed a nice play to stay overnight before heading back to manila and it was really great that we had this since it’s near SM Lanang where we planned to have our dinner. Glad that we had free coffee and bread the next morning! :) love it! Overall, it’s really good! Even the shower has hot and cold options. AC is working fine. I can’t drop anything bad about the place. Go and visit!

Amazing place. Excel, Ruby and staff are warm and welcoming, and go above and beyond to help you settle in. The rooms are clean and spacious, exactly what is needed. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here if they are in Gensan city.

the place is clean and quiet. you feel comfy and relax.. it is actually the same what you see in the pictures. check in is smooth. location is good, just beside a mall, so transportation is very easy. .

The place is very quiet and beautiful. You can walk/jog around the area. The place is secured as well. Just the right place for our family.

Lorna is a good host. She always responds to my messages whenever I have a concern. Her caretaker is Ms. Sharon is easy to get ahold and friendly. The place is secluded and nice. I just wish that the place is near to the supermarket and public market but overall our stay is nice. I would recommend her place to everyone who is looking for a nice place to stay while in Davao City, Philippines!😊

Rico’s place is spotless when I arrived. Perfect for my short stay in Davao. He even provided clean towels and soaps,shampoo and dishwashing liquid and sponges. The place is perfect since it’s just beside Abreezq Mall. I felt safe staying in the are even I am a solo traveller.
