Condo holiday rentals in Davenport

Jensen's place was perfect for our family of four. We stayed here while on vacation to visit Walt Disney World, and the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was wonderful. It was clean and spacious and well stocked. When I couldn't find an ironing board, Jensen had one brought over. The pool that you have access to is amazing. Very spacious with cabanas for shade and a nice hot tub area. The location of Jensen's place is also very convenient, just off of I-4, with very easy access to all of the Disney parks. We would stay here again.

I had an amazing stay!

Very spacious, clean , free of excessive clutter. I loved the items for an infant/toddler. (I brought my 10 month old). It was perfect for my small family. A responsive host a well equipped kitchen and it’s close to a lot of restaurants. Overall 10/10. Will be returning.

This is the first time where I actually am overly satisfied, not only was this home beautiful but it felt like a home away from home. My family and I watched movies and played board games. This home was not only in a super local area we also drove maybe 30 minutes to the nearest outlet mall and had a great time. We also enjoyed the universal themes parks as well !! Great stay would definitely recommend 10/10

My friends and I stayed for one night but we really enjoyed our stay. It was a nice , clean and quiet apartment. Stephania was quick to respond and communicated easily with us. Would definitely stay again.

We had such a great stay at this Airbnb! The water slides and pools were a huge hit with our family — the kids had a blast, and it kept everyone entertained for hours. The property was very family-friendly, which made traveling with little ones so much easier. They had a pack n play and highchair ready for us, which saved us from having to bring our own. We did have a small issue with the AC when we arrived, but the host was incredibly responsive and had it fixed right away. That kind of quick communication really made a difference in our stay. The only part that was slightly confusing was the set-up of the pool areas. We had to drive to the Oasis Pool Club (10 Minutes from the Airbnb) to go to the bigger pools and air-conditioned cabanas. The pool that was walking distance from the Airbnb had the larger water slides but no lazy river. We loved both locations! Overall, we highly recommend this place for families. Fun, convenient, and a great host — we’d definitely come back!

I stayed over Easter with my three sons ages 13, 13, and 11. The communication was outstanding, easy check in with a code and parking permit to access the community. We were offered an early check in but our flight arrived later in the day so we weren't able to take advantage but appreciated the offer. The unit is immaculately clean, everything you need is provided, and all the linens and furnishings are in wonderful condition and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-appointed and tons of seating. My personal favorite part of the stay was enjoying the screened in porch area. It is so peaceful and quiet. We watched the sunrise every morning and the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom every night. Having access to the resort amenities was also wonderful and we used both pool areas frequently. The boys also enjoyed the basketball courts and soccer fields. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again next time I'm in town!

Dennis’s place was amazing. Everything looked brand new and so clean. I loved having the washer and dryer after 3 long days at Universal Studios. Dennis always answered me promptly. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

The place was great and exactly what we were looking for. A lot of restaurants, including one right next to the pool on rainy days that you just wanted to hang out. A lot of grass areas to walk your pets, and had those stands for the doggy bags throughout. Easy elevator access for wagons if you need to use one. A couple of things to note, you should message Kevin prior to arrival for Gate / Access information, as the gate to come into the property was closed at all times. Also be aware of the garbage cans… as many have mentioned, there are raccoons and vultures circling for food. As long as you stay away and can throw the garbage, it wasn’t a problem. There was one thing we would have loved, that wasn’t available… being the AC being a bit lower than 70 - it’s Florida and we’re hot, we would change it to a bit cooler (67/68) and it would go back to 70. The room in front of the kitchen is hotter than the rest of the house. Other than that, the stay was amazing.

The villa was absolutely amazing, better than the pictures. The house was super spacious for all 5 adults. Shuttle to the parks was convenient and on time. Host gave us a schedule to help navigate. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Living room was large and comfortable. Loved relaxing on the back patio overlooking the golf course. Host were on top of everything and made our stay absolutely perfect!

This exceeding any expectations for taking our kids to Disney for the first time. Eric truly thought of everything to make the condo feel like home away from home and anything you need down to silverware for your our baby and toddler. This was such an exceptional experience and the resort was so much fun for our 1 year old and 3 year old!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Omar and Lucy were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. I especially appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely book this place again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect size for a small family. The pool also great!

I have booked many air bnbs but this by far as been the best location & host. Rafaela did a great job at making me and my family feel welcomed and was very attentive to any questions that came about during our stay. We were provided with all house essentials making it feel exactly like home. Beautiful & clean place!

We had a wonderful stay at Danny's home! It was incredibly comfortable and made us feel right at home. The amenities were fantastic, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Highly recommend!

We cannot say enough about how much we loved our stay during this winter. For the second year we have enjoyed a wonderful, clean, peaceful stay at this fantastic condo. There is nothing to complain about. Ana has been a very responsive and helpful host and everything was just perfect and was truly a comfortable “home sweet home”. We will surely stay at Ana’s condo again and again in the years to come.

Very nice and clean place. Wasn’t hard to find anything or get in contact with the host. Bed was also very comfortable.

Host was great! Had a small problem at the gate at one night, but host were promptly and ready to help us at 11:30pm on Sunday.

This place was great and had everything needed to feel right at home. No issues except the master bedroom didn’t have a working shower head but the second room had two showers so easy fix! I would recommend this place and would not hesitate to comeback.

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed and certainly one of my favorites! Pristine, the sheets were fresh, the kitchen and living space was absolutely cozy and stylish - hats off to the great interior decorator! Everything is up to date and you can even smell the refreshing remnants of reno. The screened in balcony was also serene and perfect for nap taking. Perfect area (10min from Disney parks and Springs)! Getting to Dr. Phillips and Winter Garden was also traffic friendly and smooth because of where the apt. is situated. I only wish I could stay longer. Will be staying again if I ever need a place!
