Great place, very clean. Clear instructions, easy to find. Really appreciated the high chair. We loved the pool and appreciated the pool fence. Comfy beds, clean kitchen. Great access to amenities. Highly recommend!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, providing a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The home is cozy, very clean, and well cared for. It offers plenty of space and features modern, up-to-date appliances that made our stay comfortable. Everything was exactly as advertised, with no surprises. The location is excellent—close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment options. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Felt right at home, very clean home, beds were clean and comfortable. Pool was crystal clear every single day while my family and I vacationed there. Definitely recommend staying here also Disney parks are close, universal studios driving distance as well. Gas station near by and grocery stores, my family and I will be coming back.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is wonderful, very comfortable, well equipped and the hostess was very kind and helpful in meeting all our needs. We had a small problem with the air conditioning, but the hostess quickly sent someone from the team to fix it and we didn't have much trouble. The gym wasn't as close as we thought and only opened at 9am, so we ended up not being able to use it much. Overall our stay was wonderful and we will definitely recommend the house to our friends and are interested in returning.

This was a great place to plan a vacation. We had a family of 13 come down we had plenty of room, and there was plenty of things for the kids to do. We was the first family to come down in a RV we got surprised that we had to pay an additional fee. Mark and his team did a great job on getting half of our money back on that. It was a great experience.

House was amazing and a great location. Our host was quick to respond when we had an issue and tried to fix it immediately. Love the resort amenities too! Definitely worth the extra $35 for use of them. Would definitely stay here again

The house was absolutely beautiful, well maintained & very modern. It was perfect for our families. The neighbourhood was stunning, the grounds & all are very well maintained . We had a few minor issues with the pool but it was quickly resolved. Marcy was very prompt responding to my messages & very attentive addressing the issue. Totally recommend this house, we’d definitely stay there again.

Great size house for a big group. Good location if you want to be out of the hustle of Orlando. Was perfect for a work conference near Champions Gate. Great host and communicated everything very well. Lots to do at house and was very comfortable for 5 adults. Recreation room in garage was a great surprise. One thing to note is that if you have more than 3 cars there is absolutely nowhere to park a 4th car. I can imagine this would be a huge problem if you have a big group that brings all their vehicles. You can not park on street after 12am and you can not park at any of the community areas. The neighborhood was extremely strict on parking rules and signs and neighbors confirmed you will be towed. We actually had to pay to keep our extra vehicle at the hotel where we were working at most of the weekend. That was inconvenient and would be something I would want to know before booking. Outside of the parking situation everything else was great and I highly recommend this place to stay.

We had lovely stay at this property. Nadia was very friendly and instantly responded to messages. We were offered a late check out which was really appreciated as we had an afternoon flight home. The property was beautifully kept.

Beautiful, new home was just as pictured. Very clean with plenty of room for several guests. Check in was easy once we got to the house. Gate entry can be tricky and busy at most times of the day. Location is fairly close to freeway but can take some time to get there depending on the time of day you are leaving/coming. Pool area was nice as well, but we did not use the spa. Definitely recommend if Davenport is your destination. ESPN and Disney World are within 20 minutes or so. Great home to stay at!

I'm delighted to have stayed at your residence. The host and his team responded quickly to my inquiry. Tasteful details. Beautiful rooms for the children, and a fun game room and pool. The entire house was super clean and fully equipped. The complex is super quiet, with friendly neighbors. It has pools for toddlers and others for adults, as well as a gym, reception, and restaurant. House was as advertised. This was my first time using Airbnb, we are a family of 6 so the hotels are a bit pricey for us. We had a 3 night stay and my family was very comfortable with the space.

House was just like photos. It was clean. area felt safe and had lots of restaurants nearby. Pool and spa was wonderful. House is very spacious. Host is very responsive and gives great instructions on how to get into House and other information you need for your stay. Definitely will stay there again when in area.

Put it this way... my family and I wanted for absolutely nothing during our stay. the amenities were top noch, the furniture especially the bed were of extremely high quality, the hosts are well. versed at the art of hospitality. the home was fully stocked and the decour was absolutely amazing. friendly and responsive hosts. they made us feel like family. Extremely private pool and hot tub with the TV. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

I still give this place 5 stars because its a beautiful place with a nice pool, 20 minute from Disney. However if you stay more than one night, have kids, " we are family of 4" you might want consider bringing extra shampoo, body wash and toilets paper. We ran out on day one, messaged the host, was told there's no extra. The host kindly advised us to go buy from near by store but it was late at night and exhausted from Disney on day 2 so we take shower without it. We ended up buying more shampoo, body wash and toliet paper the next day before heading back to Disney

Beautiful house, exactly as described, fully equipped, clean, great deal! The traffic is quite heavy, it takes about 50 mins to get to the parks.

This was my 1st time staying in a Airbnb and it was great it was my triplets 13th birthday and we went to Disney and I wanted to make sure they could have a private pool so we didn’t have to worry about a line or to many people I reached out to the host about the spa she responded very quickly and didn’t mind helping me she was very pleasant will book again soon

The location was also spot-on: peaceful and quiet, yet only a short drive to Disney World and other Orlando attractions.
