This AirBnB was great. Check-in was fast and easy with clear instructions. The unit was clean and spacious. There's a full kitchen, refrigerator, plates, glasses, and a coffee machine. The bathroom was fully stocked with fresh towels, soap, and shampoo. There is a reserved parking spot. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located near a fun restaurant and shopping area that is a short walk away. The host is friendly and responsive. I whole-heartedly recommend this AirBnB.

We had a great time visiting Nashville during the CMA Festival. The pretty, quiet neighborhood was a very nice change from the bustle and excitement of downtown (which was super fun!). Hosts Cathy and Randy were very helpful guiding us to what we should see, where to hear music, and good restaurants

Judy made our stay fabulous. Great communication and instructions on how to get there and self check in was easy. We will book again when travel to Nashville or close to. Did I mention how clean the place is? It was a nice quick ride to broadway but far enough away to feel like you are away from everything. So nice to have a quiet space to re set from the hustle and busy of the city. Cleaner than a hotel and comforts of home. Perfect stay!

The host was very responsive when I had a question. Seems small, but I loved having the Brita water pitchers in the fridge.

Very convenient location, just a few miles from downtown Nashville, so only a 10-15 minute drive to the two wedding events we went to and the Fifth+Broadway area to check out the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the National Museum of African American Music which gave us validated parking in the garage that is located right where all the action is. The Airbnb is only a mile from a Kroger supermarket with Tesla Superchargers. We didn't cook any meals for this trip, but the full size electric range, cookware, and dishwasher would have made that easy as well some food items in the refrigerator and freezer and olive oil and spices. The unit was thoughtfully provided with some snacks as well as coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. One tip for future guests: the dimmer switch for the lights in the main room are at the opposite corner from the entrance where there are also on/off switches for those lights.

Everything I expected. Stairs to get to an apartment above the main home (which is clearly described). Interestingly, although it’s on a somewhat busy street, the apartment’s location in the back of the house was really quiet. The bed was clean and comfortable and the blackout shades were appreciated. Bathroom/ shower were fine. The weather was sketchy for most of our stay, otherwise we could have walked to all of the outstanding restaurants at which we ate. We walked to and from Nissan stadium for concerts. I’m not sure if I would have felt quite as safe at midnight if there had not been a ton of other people walking that far, but perfectly fine during the day. Frank was really helpful with almost instant response to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay at Allyson’s place. It was perfect for us and her recommendations were welcome. The neighborhood (Historic Edgefield) is lovely and couldn’t have been more convenient to Downtown. Excellent base from which to explore Nashville. Allyson is the best host - responsive, gracious and helpful. The place was spotless and comfortable. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hailey's. It was beautiful, lots of cute plants inside, great entertainment, the hot tub was perfect after long walks in the parks nearby! It was so convenient being so close to Nashville to be able to enjoy the nightlife! Hailey was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

This rental was perfect! Very cozy with the cutest decor. Beds were SO comfortable! Great neighborhood and location was within walking distance to boutiques and restaurants!

Katie and Aaron were excellent hosts! We travel to Nashville 2-4 times each year and have tried several AirBnbs, but none of them compare to this one. Their home is quiet and peaceful and was the perfect place to relax while our child was attending summer camp. The guest suite looks exactly like the photos and was very clean. We will be back in the future!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect — located between Nashville and the Opry House and hotel with a short drive to the airport, which made everything super convenient. The accommodations were beautifully laid out with thoughtful design, custom decorations, and tons of amenities that made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, offering fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and helpful information about the area. It’s clear they really care about their guests having a great experience. Highly recommend this Airbnb — we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville!

Beautiful apartment in a very nice peaceful area.

Deborah and Greg's unique place was the perfect option for a weekend in Nashville! I was treating my neice to a belated birthday adventure and it was such a fun place . Deborah and Greg were lovely hosts and my neice and I loved chatting with them about all thing dogs and music related ! It's on a quiet cul-de-sac and we ubered to our event easily. Will definitely be back .

Just like being at home -- only nicer! This is a former in-law suite, attached to the main part of the home. Everything was as described in the listing, beautifully decorated inside with lovely landscaping, and the owners are very friendly. We were only here for two nights, but would have loved to stay longer.

Todd’s place was clean, comfortable, and the perfect home base during a busy CMA Fest week. It had everything I needed for a restful stay—close enough to downtown to make quick Uber rides easy, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that felt like a retreat. The kitchen was compact but efficient, great for storing leftovers from all the amazing East Nashville restaurants I love near by. Check-in was smooth, parking was simple, and the backyard added a lovely view to wake up to each morning. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in Nashville at Aaron and Bethany’s place! It was in a perfect location and felt like a peaceful retreat from downtown while being close enough to get to everything easily. There are also some great restaurants and coffee places in walking distance! Aaron and Bethany were really friendly and welcoming too :)
