Great stay!!!! Great location.

Very private and quiet stay in a nice neighborhood. Pretty spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment with nice work desk area. Recommend getting a rental car to get around but, it’s relatively close to downtown Charlotte and shopping malls.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Really enjoyed my one night stay at this adorable one room place. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, with basic necessities to use.

This cozy cottage was perfect in a pinch. Our house was getting renovated and this place was perfect for a short stay. Clean, clutter free and so close to our son’s school. Host was very responsive and kind.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Davidson. This location was very convenient and had a beautiful, fenced-in backyard for our little doggie. There’s also a sidewalk along the road that allowed for great walks to a local coffee shop or around the neighborhood. My mom left a personal belonging behind and Shirley was kind enough to let us know and send it back in a timely manner (be prepared there is an additional charge). This house worked out great for our needs!

Super clean, cozy, very charming. So many lovely little details and extras that made for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Sadly we were only there for one short night, but I would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself back in the area.

Alex's home was absolutely perfect! It's located in a beautiful neighborhood with adorable homes and sidewalks. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The home is even prettier in person, and sooo spacious. Alex is extremely attentive, and a genuinely amazing host. I recommend this gorgeous home to everyone and we look forward to staying here again!

I want to live here! This is a wonderful house, with front and back patios, a great workspace, very clean, large washer/dryer and nice comfy beds. Location is great for both downtown Davidson & Cornelius and close to Bailey & Hough.

The space was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! Tastefully decorated and thoughtful furniture placement with tables/lamps/etc. The kitchen was small but mighty! Fully stocked and had everything you’d need to cook a meal! Plenty of silverware and tableware, including plastic bowls and plates for kids! The coffee and cookies were a wonderful touch! The only thing to note is regarding accessibility. The only way to access the floors are with very narrow spiral stairs. Those with young children or limited mobility may have difficulty accessing all parts of the home. You can walk/drive around out back, but it would not be convenient. There is one half bath on the main middle floor and a full bathroom downstairs. The full bathroom could also benefit from a handheld shower head for those with limited mobility as well as showering young children. We did not venture out to the outdoor spaces much, but the inside was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
