Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Skylar’s place was just what I needed for my stay. As soon as I walked in, I was shocked at how big the space actually was. The bathroom was bigger than I expected and all the amenities were truly useful. Had a great stay at Skylar’s, will definitely be staying again.

Great host for this property! Very responsive and transparent about all that’s offered—well maintained and accurately priced. After spending a couple of nights here, I’m really considering moving to the area soon!! I felt completely safe and comfortable in the neighborhood and the city, especially with how close it feels to being “near downtown.” Highly recommend booking when this place is available!

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. Cathy was responsive. The apartment was classy, clean and neat. It rained while we were there but we still got out to enjoy Davidson and some great restaurants. My husband had to hold several Zoom meetings for work and the WIFI and internet worked great. No problems. Beautiful area and beautiful home and apt. Hope to go again.

Great place for two. Very clean with a sizable bedroom. The host left snacks and there are two decent restaurants in walking distance. If I ever go back to Winston-Salem this will be the first option to check. Thanks for a great stay!

Another satisfied repeat visitor. As always, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed and the location can’t be beat for downtown Salisbury. Looking forward to my next trip back.

Clean, very nicely remodeled. Easy to get in, I see reviews complaining about it being cold inside but I think it was perfect, about 68 F if I had to guess which is perfect. Private parking however I recommend using SUV or truck because the gravel driveway is very uneven. The Airbnb had everything you need, everything. The location is private but the surrounding streets are busy at night so just be aware. Overall good experience.

I had a fantastic stay at Oleg’s place! The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. It was in a great location —close to restaurants but still quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect spot to relax after a long day of work. This was a great place for our large family to gather for graduation weekend at Wake Forest University. House had lots of great spaces, with plenty of private and public areas for the 7 of us. The house is generally well stocked, especially in the kitchen. Outdoor area was nice but no amenities. The house was in a quiet and safe area, but also convenient for lots of food and shopping. I never got the information on check in but the host responded within minutes when I asked. Check in itself was easy. House manual and check out instructions need to be clarified (which may be to be expected for a new listing). Overall, we would stay here again.

We loved staying at Laurie’s home and had an incredible weekend. The space was perfect for our 20-person baby shower and the home was a cozy place to relax before and after. I was a little concerned if the A/C would be sufficient in an older home, but it worked great along with the updated appliances. You are about 12 minutes from town but feel like you’re miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This property is the perfect place to make special memories with loved ones and we hope to stay here again someday!

We were in town for a family wedding at the WinMock and this AirBnB was a perfect location. The house was very clean and Benjamin was a responsive host.

I enjoyed my stay. It was close to the hospital I was working at and near shopping plazas and restaurants. Carolyn was amazing. She checked on me during the snow storm and was always available whenever I reached out. I look forward to booking again in the near future.

This condo was probably the most organized and comprehensive Airbnb expereinces I have had. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need. It opens right up to the pool and you have a nice view of the Marina. Great for a small family. Very easy location - right off the highway. Kim was incredibly responsive. Checking out was easy - there's a checklist to review right on the counter.

I would put this Airbnb at the top of my list for locations I’d definitely stay at again. The condo was PRISTINE and has been very well cared for. Even things like baseboards, ceiling fans were free of dust. Those are the places that reveal how well a property is truly maintained and they get an A++ ! I echo the comments of many other reviewers that this was a much better choice than any hotel. Yes, it’s a walk to the 3rd floor, but the stair well is very wide, indoors and carpeted. So it was a very easy, pleasant and stable climb. I felt very safe going to the 3rd floor alone. I don’t have a single critique. If you are thinking of booking, do it! 😉

Probably the best location in Winston. Easily walkable to many places, a cozy setup, and a well stocked place. Will definitely be returning in our future trips to Winston.

A perfect home while visiting family. Very peaceful and well maintained neighborhood.

I stayed at this great location about a year ago and being able to return was great. Hawi remembered me and made sure I had everything I needed. It made me immediately feel at home to return. The space is clutter free, spacious, and clean. It was only me this trip, but there was plenty of space for others without tripping on anyone. The location is close to main roads, but set back far enough that it's quiet and calm - both things I really needed on this trip. Groceries, shopping, restaurants, and other shops are within walking distance or a short drive and medical centers are not far if that is why you were visiting. Parking is right outside the building and there was always space. This unit is on the second floor, so I had to remind myself not to try and carry everything up the stairs at the same time, but making 2 trips to the car was perfect. I hope this rental is available when I return again. Thanks for a great stay.
