The apt is located 250 meters away from Pole Mokotowskie metro station (just 2 stops from metro Centrum). Thanks to this you get convenient and very quick access to the city center. Chopin airport is 6 km away (15 minutes by taxi or 30 minutes by public transport). Self-check-in after 12:00, self-check-out before 10:00. I speak English, Polish, Russian and Ukrainian. Nice studio with balcony on a quiet & green street

This is a studio apartment with independent entrance in a detached house. This house is located on a very pretty, quiet street at the wall of horse racing. A totally unique place. The apartment has an entrance hall, room, bathroom, mini kitchen, warderobe and a terrace. Very comfortable for 1 - 4 people. There is an extra payment of 10 euro for the third and fourth person as well as for the second one that needs a separate bed. For a dog the additional fee is 20 pln per day.

A modern, chic studio in a great location, recently fully redecorated. Perfect, cosy location to rent for one or two people. Located close to a metro station (metro Ursynów, about 5 mins by walk). It only takes about 12 mins to get to the city centre. The building is quite new and has security 24/7. It also has quite big common area, where you can spend your time. Unfortunately, no elevator available.

About this host are only the best impressions. Amazing, pleasant and very educated personality. Living conditions are pretty close to home environment. Area is quiet and within very close distance to stores for everyday needs. Bus stops are in a couple of meters. Subway is nearby. For sure, it is strongly recommended. 😊

One of the best apartments I’ve rented in Warsaw in many years: both sides of the apartment face a quiet courtyard, even though the street itself is lively and full of wonderful cafés. There are 2 Żabkas, a Biedronka, and a Rossmann nearby, as well as an excellent shopping mall within walking distance. The internet is fast. A true gem of the apartment is the cozy terrace, hidden from view by lush greenery, equipped with a sun umbrella and comfortable furniture. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including four (yes, we counted!) different ways to make coffee: drip coffee, espresso from a built in coffee machine (with aromatic ground coffee kindly provided by the owners), French press, and instant coffee! There are also several pastry shops nearby ☺️ The bedrooms are great, with high-quality bed linens and pillows. There’s also plenty of storage space! In summer, air conditioning is very important for me to feel comfortable — if it had that, I would give 100 stars out of 10!

Die Wohnung ist super aufgeräumt und sauber. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an sehr wohl. Die Gastgeberin hat auch bei jeder Frage schnell geantwortet. Würde jederzeit die Wohnung wieder nehmen und ist sehr zu empfehlen.
