The Telluride Bunkhouse

The Telluride Bunkhouse is designed to take you back in time to the rugged, western days of simple living. It is newly built yet has a cabin like feel and smell of old wood and low light ambiance. Everything was selected to purposely add a rustic appeal. The furniture and props are old, but everything that matters is clean. Sheets, mini fridge, and microwave are brand new. There is no TV or internet inside the bunkhouse. We are completely surrounded by woods, so trees limit access to satellites.

Bright and cheery in the bedrooms best suited for 2-4 adults or family with children. Wonderful sound of the river throughout the property. Step outside to hundreds of miles of biking and hiking trails, and stocked lakes and streams. Well maintained paved state road to cabin driveway. The house is 20 minutes West of Harrisonburg VA and JMU.

Welcome to our 1920 modern farmhouse in the beautiful little town of Dayton, VA! Our house, officially named Modern Farmhouse on Mill, is located within a short walk to shops, restaurants, two parks (one with a lovely creek running through), and Silver Lake where you can fish, kayak, and picnic. We are just 5 miles from Downtown Harrisonburg and a short drive to JMU, EMU, and BC. You will also be within close proximity to breweries, wineries, distilleries, hiking trails, great biking, and more!

The Camp at Willow Brook: a Modest Rural Retreat

Two bedroom, 1 bath cabin nestled in the foothills of the Shenandoah Mountains beside Waggys Creek. The cabin, originally built as a mountain family getaway, has recently been renovated as an Airbnb for those seeking outdoor activities and tranquility. The rustic cabin is also accompanied by a picnic shelter with a working rock fireplace, loft, and an additional outdoor bathroom (in season). Approximately 2 acres of field and partially wooded property are available to guests. No pets.

Situated with perfect views of the outside, the guest quarters space is over 2200 sq ft. and features a lounge/media center, common meeting area, bedrooms & bathrooms, entertainment center with air hockey table and ping pong, and a fully supplied gym. Welcome to our family’s little getaway. Our 12x20 cabin sits beside a 2.5 acre pond. Savor the evening beside a campfire listening to the nightfall on our Valley or from the porch swing. The cabin is 2 story with a small but full kitchen (complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave, & coffee maker) and the sleeping area upstairs. Please note that if you have mobility issues our place might not be right for you. Relax and enjoy being unplugged (no TV or Wi-Fi)
