A fabulous weeks stay in a lovely home directly on a quiet beach. A quaint area with nice neighbors. Planning on scheduling another stay.

Such a great spot! Walkable neighborhoods for me and the dogs, easy to find, super clean, and right across the street from the dog friendly beach. It’s less than a mile from W Granada Blvd so it’s easy to get to anything and everything. Laura was easy to chat with and communication was easy and made checking in easy. It had plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and a full kitchen. Thanks again! We will remember this place for next time.

My family and I absolutely loved Brent's place. The house was spotless, roomy, and comfortable. We absolutely loved the location, perfect view of the beach without leaving the house. We loved how close it was to the beach and local amenities. Street was private and quiet. Neighbors were friendly as well. We can't wait to book here again.

What you see is what you get with this place! Very private, no cars driving on the beach, clean rooms with everything needed. The size and space is exactly how it looks in the pictures. Highly recommend!

A fantastic location on Flagler Beach! Salt water pool on property. Cross the street and you have the Atlantic Ocean. This home was exactly as advertised. Host was very responsive. My family had a wonderful time here and we have decided we will come back to this home for future vacations. Several restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores just a bit further away. What a wonderful place to relax! Highly recommend this home! Enjoy!

Great home and attentive host! 4 minutes walk to the ocean, just like the photos. We were at capacity with 2 adults and 2 teenaged girls along with our dogs. Wonderful pool and fenced yard. We would definitely return!

We had an incredible stay at Jennifer’s place in New Smyrna Beach! She was responsive from the start—super friendly, quick to answer questions, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Check-in was easy, and she checked in during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. The house has so much personality. The Pan-Am theme gives it a fun, vintage vibe that makes the whole place feel like a little adventure. It's not your typical beach rental—it’s way more charming and thoughtful. We loved the backyard! It’s private and cozy, with a cute little pool that was perfect for cooling off in the afternoons. It felt like our own hidden retreat. Inside, the home had everything we needed—beach towels, kitchen essentials, comfy beds—you name it. It’s clearly set up with families in mind, and it made the trip stress-free. And the location really sealed the deal. We’d absolutely stay here again. Jennifer’s place made our vacation easy, relaxing, and fun from start to finish.

Saw a previous review that said the house had everything you would need and that they just packed clothes so we kept that in mind when packing for this trip. They were spot on! The house had everything and more that you would need. We will definitely be back in the future!

The stay was exactly as described—clean, easy to find, and centrally located. Everything was straightforward, with delivery services nearby and plenty of conveniences. The hot tub was a great bonus and made for a relaxing touch. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Calixte’s place! The duplex is in an amazing location — just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and local bars. We stayed on the top floor, and it was clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated for everything we wanted to do. One of the highlights was how close we were to several golf courses, especially LPGA International, which made getting around super convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and relaxed, perfect for a beach getaway. Calixte was a great host — responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, a solid stay. We’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a laid-back spot close to everything!

Beautiful views and an unbeatable location. The home was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed—from a fully equipped kitchen to bikes and beach gear. We loved the game room, large hot tub, and the outdoor entertainment space with tons of games. One bedroom is behind the kitchen and can be a bit noisy, but overall, the layout worked great for our group. We had a wonderful time and were sad to leave!

The house was exactly as described and the host was a great communicator. I appreciated that they allowed large dogs unlike many of the other properties in Flagler Beach. The home is directly across the road from the beach and has a nice deck overlooking the beach. Unfortunately the people before us stole the beach chairs that were included with the house, but the host was quick to respond and refunded us for purchasing new chairs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Daytona Beach! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. The host’s team was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our visit. We felt right at home and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

Great stay so Close to the beach like 5 minute walk. The neighborhood was quiet an people were very friendly. Restaurants were not to far away either. They have a big yard and great neighborhood for your pup to walk in. Would definitely recommend to friends, and Donna was great host overall very responsive.
