It truly has everything one would need for a relaxing oceanfront getaway. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, tv, WiFi, etc. It’s located right next to no drive beach begins , making it very safe for kids. This bright, breezy seaside studio features a private balcony with a stunning direct oceanfront view from the room and balcony. This studio is ideal for families or up to 4 guests with included bedding (2 queen beds). This beach unit is part of the Daytona Resort and Conference Center building. This building has been recovering from previous hurricane damages. The indoor pool and north side outdoor pool just reopened for use. Enjoy both pool view and ocean view directly from the room.

This is about as close to the beach as you can get with the most incredible view. Direct oceanfront wrap around windows in the bedroom with a king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, large doors for the direct oceanfront balcony, inside washer and dryer, high speed internet, heated pool, hot tub, and a gym. Pets are not allowed per condo bylaws and service animals always require prior association approval. Max 6' vehicle height for covered parking. No smoking in this unit, event room is open .
