And well connected with the malls Montevideo Shopping and Terminal station and shopping Tres Cruces, Citycenter and the Old City, universities and points of reference. There´s zone of services a few meters: stop of bus, roofed parking, supermarket, bank, foreign exchange office, restaurant, drugstore, gourmet and deco shops, bookshop, hairdresser's shop, etc. Capacity: 2 persons. Apartment with an unbeatable view of the east of the city, Punta Carretas, from the 20th floor. With two bedrooms, balcony, terrace, and large garage. Located meters from the Rambla, next to the Center and Historic District. The tower is located on a private, fenced property with 24-hour doorman, a lounge with industrial washing machines and dryers, games, a gym, parking spaces, and a solarium. On the (highest) 25th floor, there is a terrace that borders the entire building, with a 360° view. You'll see the city from here like never before!

Spacious studio apartment in a new designer building, with parking, full-equiped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, living room with 50´ Smart TV with DirecTV, balcony with a beautiful clear view of the city skyline, washing machine, double bed, spacious bathroom. The building is very nice and has a gym and free garage for your use.
